For bike riders like me, we search for trails that supply long downhill trails with good visibility enabling you to let the bike run which I think is the closest thing to flying while still tethered to the earth. I've tried trails that other riders...More

I have been to this state park many times as well as several other Georgia state parks. By far, this is one of my favorites. It is just 45 minutes outside of Atlanta (close to home), clean facilities, friendly staff, and the outdoor attractions make...More

Want to play here more. Great course layout; rarely crowded. Nice facilities and staff is very helpful. If you have not played here, you should... You can even rent cabins here - make it a "outing",

Very nice clean park, was tight with a 42’ motor home but doable. Lots of trees so no satilite service but cable was available. GPS directions to the park are terrible, just preserver.

Off the beaten path. Well maintained sites. Very quiet. The golf course is a added plus if you enjoy a peaceful course.

This is a beautiful State Park just off I-20, about 80 miles east of Atlanta. It has campgrounds, hiking and biking trails, and a nice golf course. It is quiet and not crowded at all. Lots of big pine trees.
