What a wonderful museum depicting the vital role the Flying Boats played throughout the 2nd World WR, particularly in the Pacific. From rescues, bombing raids, reconnaissance missions and mine laying to a communications base for top secret missives. Well worth the visit.

This is a small museum, covered in about an hour but provided for me a fascinating insight into an aspect of WWII I was not aware of. This clean and friendly museum is clearly cared for with pride.

Glad we ventured out from Swan Valley to view this amazing display of the Catalina, WW2 memorabilia and the secret bunker. Welcomed by Bondy who is obviously very passionate about this museum. Bondy gave us an overview suggested we inspect the bunker first which contained...More
