Rock City is dog friendly. Our 4 Chihuahuas rode in a stroller and some trails weren't as easy to maneuver as others. Lots of dogs were on leashes. It was a beautiful day to go to Lover's Leap, walk across the swinging bridge, take in the beauty of the waterfall and watch nature. Fairyland Cavern still looks like it did... More

This little gem was worth the drive up from Atlanta. The cost is $20 per adult. There is no way you will get lost. Beautiful gardens with amazing pathways through the rock garden. Some of the pathways are right and the average adult will need to walk sideways. The overlook that sees 7 states is amazing. The rope bridge does... More

When in Chattanooga, this is a must see attraction. The gardens and the caves are spectacular, even though they are 75 years old. The facilities are clean and well kept. We took the entire family to Oktoberfest and we loved it. We danced and sung, we learned German songs and folklore. We had a wonderful authentic Wiener Schnitzel (Veal Cutlet)... More

Rock City is a great place to spend the afternoon with the family. It has it all: great hiking, incredible views, caverns, rock formations, scary-deep crevices, waterfalls, a suspension bridge and a wonderful outdoor cafe on the edge of a cliff. One of the few places in the US where you can dine while looking at 7 states! We went... More

I love the rhododendron. They are very pretty, and labeling all the different varieties of trees. So many gums!

Located just 6 miles away from Downtown Chattanooga in Lookout Mountain this Park is for sure the main and must see area attraction. Pretty view from the Lover's leap point where at sunny day it is possible to see 7 states - Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Kentucky.

My wife and I took a ride down while vacationing in Pigeon Forge. The views were great. The gardens and meandering paths were nice, as was the waterfall. They offer a triple and double package deal or individual purchase. The double includes the gardens and Ruby Falls. The triple also includes the Incline, a rail car that brings you from... More

I personally love the gardens and views at Rock City. This visit the gardens weren't in full bloom as they have been in the past. It's interesting to know that a couple molded this area on the top of Lookout Mountain as their own personal oasis/gardens/grounds that are as beautiful as they are. Of course in 1932 they made it...
