Jekyll Island is full of little gems like Clam Creek. The picnic area is big with a great public restroom facility and a little bait shop that sells much more than bait. You can bike, walk, drive or horseback into the area. We parked and...More

We enjoyed soaking up the natural beauty of Jekyll Island. Clam Creek is a nice place to picnic, walk on Driftwood Beach and even ride horses if you like. It's a great place to take children.

Stopped in during the off-season. Clean bathrooms, nice picnic tables everywhere. Plenty of parking. Large fishing/viewing pier. Store was closed at the time. Wide walking path that leads to a small bridge over an inlet.

This area has a lot of personal memories for me and my family. This is a good place for a picnic and just spending time with the ones you love. If you like to bird watch this is a wonderful place for that too.

The fishing pier is big and long made of concrete and steal. Not your traditional Wooden boardwalk type pier. There is a decent sized parking lot and several picnic tables as well as horse stables and rides available.

We stayed at the campground and this beach was within walking distance. Very good facility for picnics and fishing! We just enjoyed sitting and looking at the water!

The picnic tables are far enough from the water to be peaceful but close enough to still enjoy the ocean breeze. It's a great place to stop and have a nice meal.

Picnic area is nicely shaded. There is a large beautiful pier with great views. A small store that sells sandwiches, snacks and soda is right there along with bathrooms and outdoor facilities to was up.
