Played the Oleander course last week. Nice scenery, ok conditions, and woefully slow pace of play. Played with a couple of members who explained that Pine Lakes is the best course here with Oleander second and the other course third. AS the maintenance staff is...More

We played on the Pine Lakes course. Hurricane Irma had taken down hundreds of trees, but the staff had the course in great shape. We saw deer, an alligator and many beautiful birds while playing our round. It is a beautiful place.

Jekyll Island Golf Club offers 3 courses and they are usually in good shape. I have played all 3 and each one is fun. There are challenging holes and the rough can be tough, but it is enjoyable. You do have to pay a fee...More

What a great experience, love playing at the Jekyll Golf Club. They offer 3 different courses, and sometimes they will have a great 2nd round discount. Enjoy playing golf at the beach, and chances are you'll see some island deer on the course.

We brought our clubs. They had a big pro shop so there is a good chance you could rent clubs. I would call the pro shop and ask.
