Rundown place.

When we visited it last May we were disappointed regarding with the overall maintenance, it was in need of some repairing and cleaning.

We felt embarrassed to be witnesses to this "attraction". Your 15,000 COP gets you admission to a small, musty cave, several pirate "replicas", some trinkets and local art on display, and a dance show by some uninterested performers. Save your money and spend an extra 20 minutes snorkelling or enjoying the numerous natural beauty spots nearby.

It's expensive and kind of lame, go somewhere else, it's fake and small and pricey, a waste of time $

All I can say is interesting. This location was a stop on our taxi tour. The admission is not included and there is not much to see. They have a replica of the cave referring to Capt Jack of the Pirates of The Caribbean. There are some hand made coconut carvings that were spectacular. Then there was dancing and a... More

Full of history from pirates of the Caribbean. Interesting. It's worth the visit. You will pay around $5.00 US Dollar. Very friendly people

+ we got in there without paying, cause no one was interested in us low priced beverages / food children might like it (especially the boatshaped-shack) - it is a cave, not a very big and fascinating one and quiet a dark one they built several shacks with unauthentic stuff in it (Jack-Sparrow pictures, a flag from a german soccer team,... It's basically a cave with some fake plastic stuff in it. Nothing real or of significance. I guess you could call it the 'Pirate' experience as you have a feeling of being robbed when you get there.

This is family-friendly pit-stop near West View Playa is a good place to go to if you are done with the water for a bit and NEED to fill up your half-hour with something. But it isn't something I would travel all the way from centro to do. If you are nearby, great. This site costs 15mil (~$5) to enter... More
