Beautiful mountains, nice cabins, nice clean lake at top of mountain to swim in. Plenty of hiking trails. You can spend days here and not run out of things to see and do.

Fort Mountain State Park is a fun place to spend the weekend hiking and enjoying the fresh Georgia air! Hike to the forest tower is cool! The only drawback is the sites are a little close to each other

Breathtaking views. We hiked with our 2 chihuahuas in papooses. Easy hike but windy. Amazing staff at the trading post. Highly recommend you experience this natural wonder.
