The Booth Western Art Museum, an Affiliate to the Smithsonian Institution, is a 120,000 square foot museum located in Cartersville, Georgia, where guests are invited to See America's Story through contemporary Western artwork, a Presidential Gallery, Civil War art gallery, and Sagebrush Ranch, an interactive children's gallery. Open since August 2003, Booth Museum is the only museum of its kind in the Southeast and is the second largest art museum in the state of Georgia.

We took our 5 and 13 year old sons to the Western Days outdoor interactive adventure, and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with the "cowboys". We witnessed some amazing rope tricks and were educated on the art of making arrowheads.... it was a lot of fun!...More

If you have any interest in "The West" this is a must visit on a par with the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma. Amazingly detailed sculptures in various sizes and rooms of great paintings. You can take photos, just not with flash....More

Cannot say enough about The Booth. First class in every way. Exhibits are phenomenal. A real gem. If you have young children don’t miss the Sagebrush Ranch playroom. My grandchildren LOVE it.

Well worth any trip to get here. A ton of art. Beautiful display of the West of prior years. Worth a go back. Stop by Noble & Main Coffee Co before and after.

service dogs is all. Sorry I took so long I have a autoimmune neurological diease. It at times gets worse for months. hope you had a great experience at the museum.
