About
Paranoia Quest is a live escape the room game. You and a group of your teammates locked in a room. Or better to say scenario of multiple rooms. Which consist of labyrinth of clues and puzzles aimed to bring out your inner detective. In a heart-pounding race against the clock, you and your team must work together to crack codes, find clues and solve puzzles in pursuit of the ultimate goal - escape.

This was the third time visiting Paranoia Quest. My previous two experiences we're good rooms but the customer service was quite poor. This third visit a friend and myself tried out the Wonderland room on 10/17 at the 8:20 time slot and was hosted by TJ for our experience. TJ is the epitome of the quality of staff every escape room company needs to hire. He is energetic, exciting, and really tries to provide a memorable experience to the individuals. Having experienced over 30 different escape room companies and rooms, TJ would easily be in the top two best game masters I have encountered.
With the quality experience he provided there needs to be a way to tip your employees. After nearly striking out, Paranoia Quest has earned another shot from me but it will be ensuring that I will be requesting TJ.

This was my first experience with an escape room of any sort. I have a leadership team of 10 people and wanted to do a team building exercise. I thought an escape room would be a fun, yet effective option. Our reservation was for Friday night, July 6th at 7:30 in the Escape Plan room.
My disappointing experience began when I called to book the reservation. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and sarcastic. When I asked if our group could reserve an entire room, he sarcastically commented, "What, are you scared to meet new people or something?" I should have walked away then. Instead, I booked online.
Once we arrived, our initial impression was good. The girl who led our group was energetic and professional. She connected quickly with our group.
However, once in the room (Escape Plan) our group experienced quite a few technical difficulties. The green escape button was not properly working, which led to us wasting time and standing around wondering what we were doing wrong. One of the passcode key pads was not receiving the correct code that we were entering (we confirmed this during one of our hint phone calls). The fuse box on the wall also was not doing what it was supposed to do.
We found that even though our team was doing everything that we were supposed to be doing, the malfunctions we constantly stopping us and slowing us down. At one point, one of the employees even had to come into the room to check or reset something. This really took away from the "escape" experience.
Overall, my team laughed and had some fun, but I must say that I was very disappointed in the overall experience. I spent $400 for this "team building experience" and it honestly seemed like there were mistakes and malfunctions at every turn.
I love the idea of escape rooms, but it was clear to me that Paranoia Quest in Buford was not prepared. I do not recommend that anyone waste there money here.

We did the Escape The Prison room. It was excellent and Emmuel was an excellent host. The production value of these rooms are the highest of any Escape room I have seen and the solutions were well thought out and creative. Really great surprise and we will be back to do another room for sure!

We had a great time at Paranoia Quest. We did The Dig for my daughter’s 12th birthday party. The kids had a blast and it was challenging but fun. You really felt like you were submerged in the experience. Kenneth was our game master and did a wonderful job setting up the scene and helping us feel as if we were really archeologists on a quest. I highly recommend ‘The Dig’!

We came in not knowing what to expect. Our game master, TJ showed us a wonderful night out. With the room, he got into costume and totally set the mood for our adventure through The Dig. This was my first escape room and the rooms were really elaborate and cool. I'm not sure if all escape room service is like this but TJ's enthusiasm and energy was top notch. We will be returning again very soon!

Great room, great time. Very well acted, and really had a lot of fun. Very helpful and just really sold the experience and immersion. TJ delivered a wonderful experience and was very polite. Told us the history of the company, and how they’re dedicated to a real experience filled with mystery and fun.

We had a blast with TJ and James during the “Witch Hunt”. We barely escaped by the skin on our teeth, but we did it!! I highly recommend Paranoia Quest to everyone!!

We had a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 teens). The escape room is fantastic! This is one where the room is professionally done with lots of props and very cool actionable items in the multiple rooms. Cool factor is strong with this one...

We decided to try it out after hearing from friends who had gone and I’m soo glad we did. The staff was super helpful since it was our first time. They had lockers for us to lock our items in and then we headed to the room. We did the escape plan and it was fun. We really had a great time and already talking about when we can go back. Definitely something fun to do with a group of people I think you can do up to 10. You do need to make a reservation online.
