Legoland

Enjoyed walking through the gardens and seeing the attractions. However, I think Legoland is geared mored and enjoyed more by children 12 and under.

I'll preface this review by saying that while our experience at Legoland was awful -- that's not true for our stay at the Legoland Hotel. Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day and the park was not crowded at all. That last point is important because it took us two hours to get through the first two rides of the day... More

Our home is on the same lake that Legoland Florida is located. The lake is beautiful and Legoland takes full advantage of its location. All of our children, grandchildren and friends who have visited Legoland Florida have raved about it. Our lake is "Old Florida", virtually undeveloped, except for Legoland, which is unobtrusive. Our town is fairly small, so your... More

I have been visiting Orlando theme parks for many years and my 7 year old daughter really wanted to go to Legoland - so we decided to give it a try. I visited with my 67 year old mom and 7 year old daughter. Here are a few tips: Try the apple fries - they are near the carousel. Take... More

Beautiful day weatherwise, ruined by a lack of common sense theme park attitudes, Our grandchildren wanted go on the Ninjago Ride, located in the Lego Ningago World area, 2/3 of the way to the back of the park, as their first experience. Got on line and waited and waited only to be told their was a power outage and the... More

This park is located in Winter Park, FL, about 30 miles from Disney (about 60 mins). We went to the park on a Friday and found the lines to be short. There are a lot of lego themed rides, a 4D theater, carnival style games (for an additional fee), restaurants and gift shops. Our favorite ride was Ninjago, a brand... More

Perfect weather the end of December. The lines were not long. My son loved getting his driver's license. You have to check out BrickBeard's Pirate Show. They bring back the water skiers from Cypress Gardens. We started at the back of the park and made our way to the front. We stayed from 10am to 8pm and never got bored.... More

High price but the activities for the children make up for it. The hot breakfast, which was included with the stay helps to defray some of the expense of staying at the hotel (and it was quite nice). The kids LOVED the pool and lego play in the lobby and had a blast at the pajama party. The food and... More

Took my 5 yo grandson for a special day. He loved it. He was the perfect age and was tall enough for all of the rides. Looking forward to returning one day.

As an adult I have to admit: I found LegoLand to be underwhelming if not downright boring. But that's me as a grown up who is not obsessed with LEGOS. My 7 year old, on the other hand, loved this park. He loved that everything was made of LEGOS, loved the rides, loved the play areas, everything. He wanted to... More
