I'm a patron of the Norton Museum and love to take in the new exhibits, walk through the square on a mild winter day, and remind myself that art is important to us all. The Norton does a pretty good job for a small city to provide beautiful works as well as organize exhibits. The café has excellent food -... More

I have been so impressed by this museum that I became a member. They alternate between traveling exhibitions, well-thought out shows conceived in house and featured collections from the area. There's always something interesting and sometimes they blow your socks off!

The building itself is most attractive, and the collections are very varied, with examples of many of the most well known names . The featured exhibits change every few months. The Tiny Streetwise exhibit was excellent. It is a very manageable museum to do in a few hours. They have a lovely café and gift shop too. We just missed a... More

Went to Norton Museum on a Saturday (free for all Palm Beach County Residents - $10 for all others). Terrific Impressionist Paintings throughout, including Degas, Van Gogh, Klee, Picasso, etc.) Very comfortable environment, with educational info in each gallery. Also loved the Chinese Porcelain area.

The Norton is exquisite. It is small enough that you can see everything in one (long) visit. They also have events and activities, and a restaurant and gift shop. Our family likes the Norton so much that we had our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception there some four years ago, and it was a perfect and beautiful setting.

I love visiting the Norton Museum solo but it's also a great museum to take friends. I went with a friend from Washington recently and it was lovely. The Chihuly ceiling is always a great place to start. I enjoy the permanent collection. Paul Gauguan's Christ in the Garden of Olives is my favorite painting but it's out on loan... More
