We booked for one of the volunteer led turtle sea walks to see a loggerhead turtle laying it's eggs. An exceptional experience which I would recommend anyone visiting June or July looks to visiting the Barrier Island Sanctuary

A can't miss adventure to watch Loggerhead turtles lay their eggs on the beach at night. Absolutely worth the time and money. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
