Best place to see sunset

Beautiful place to sit and watch boats leave the Jetty and watch the sunset. Very nice area to relax! We live here year round and go several times a month,

You can walk along the jetty and see dolphins and pelicans. You can fish or watch the sunset. There is a little cafe with bathrooms. It gets crowded at sunset, but it's worth the effort.

If you don't already have a great sunset view, this is the place to go. It will be crowded, there is a bit of a walk out to the end, but you don't have to go that far to enjoy the sunset. There are a few benches to sit and enjoy. Great for fishing too [remember you need a fishing... More

This is always a great place to watch the sunset! On many occasions including today we saw many dolphins jumping around which excited the kids and adults alike. Great stop for sure!

A place to be visited again and again, whether it be for fishing, sunset viewing, or just to enjoy the views and people-watch. I always go to the jetty, always in anticipation that I will find fishermen reeling in their catch, and most of the time, I am not disappointed. The egrets and pelicans also try to sneak close to... Venice hangs on to that small town atmosphere with the most beautiful Ave. to the beach. Just north is Humphris Park. This is locally know as the South Jetty. Lots of fishing and sunset followers. Many benches to just sit, relax and read or watch the boats. Just beautiful any time of year.

Plenty of benches for watching boat traffic, pelicans, manatees, dolphins, etc. Bring a lunch or a breakfast sandwich, several picnic tables available. Grab a hotdog at Anita's or an ice cream and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Take a walk down the jetty and back. Great little place.

Don't miss the sunset, Anita's Beach Dogs (hotdogs to die for), fishing on the jetties and a not to be missed view of the Gulf.

Beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Just pick a rock, relax and watch as the sun sets, the pelicans dive, & the boats sail across the calm waters. Friendly to all, fisherman, couples, families & dogs. Accessible by car, bike or walking. Free parking and public restrooms available. Picnic tables and benches throughout. Open from 6 AM - midnight.

Just happened to end up here while driving on the road after looking for a different landmark. The area was inviting and very scenic. Decided to scope out the park and it was very family friendly. It was not crowded but I imagine it would be in peak season. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area!
