Good location with a water park for kids and many restaurants within walking distance. Great for an afternoon with the kids or birthday parties. Geared towards children but also has great views of Lake Dora and the seaplanes.

Away from the crowds. A nice place to spend an hour or two. Walk the boardwalk, check out the seaplanes, lots of Pokémon gyms and stops throughout And nearby restaurants.

There are several free parking spots right at Wooton Park and also along Ruby St. which runs parallel to the park.
