We went close to sunset on a Sunday night and enjoyed walking in calm edge of the water talking and just taking in the beauty. Lots of rocky and Sandy places to sit and watch a beautiful sun set. There also were also play areas, places to swim, hike, kayak and fish. A great park out in the Gulf just... More

Small park with a nice beach. Clean white sand, nice restroom area, lifeguard, and a few palm trees. You have to pay for parking, but it is only $5 for the day. This is a very nice place to enjoy the beach if you don't want the crowds of Clearwater Beach.

We go about 3 times a week with one of the above. Many kayak launches, biking back and forth as well as many area to walk. Not much of a picnicker but there are great spots to do it. Cost $5 to park - thanks for helping cover costs. Pretty view!!! Bob

This quiet hidden gem is a jewel of a beach. The park is immaculately clean. The bathrooms are pristine. The beach is. Beautiful with white sand. The water was quite cold but refreshing. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

This Park is gorgeous. It is completely stress relieving and it has beautiful views and clear waters. Really a sight to see. No need to go to travel afar to all these wild and exotic locations.

Thank you trip advisor for listing this little gem. This is a very nice park, you can fish, sit in the sun, walk around the point and all the way back to the main land if you like. It is a very clean park, not near as populated as Clearwater Beach, which to us was a big bonus! Not much... More

I was coming to this park back in 1993 and since then they have renovated it and it is clean and absolutely wonderful and a great place to come and swim and hang out in the sand and you can also rent bicycles and windsurfers and jet skis and do fishing and pretty much hang out with the locals at... Hung out at the beach all afternoon. It has nice sand and great view of the islands. Fun family place. You can fish there also.
