Played Hunter's Green today and it was a difficult 18 holes. The weather was not cooperating as it was 92-95 degrees as we didn't start until 10:40. Fairways were in good shape but the rough was difficult as they had mowed and there was a large accumulation of cuttings throughout the 18 holes. When cuttings are so thick they hide... More

Hunter's Green Country Club is a Southern Comfort. This Tom Fazio course is a well designed part of the club's lifestyle, rather than a destination golf course. Hunter's Green Country Club has a charming  clubhouse which is inviting, plush, and full of excitement. The club is dedicated to enhancing it's  members' and guests' enjoyment and fun, through hard work, customer... More

This place was terrible. First there was no chairs in cocktail hour room. Then they forgot to take out the crackers for the first 1/2 of the cocktail hour. Finally, the bar charged $3 for 1/2 can of soda plus no water! They had NO water in Florida! I had to steal some from the reception room and confront the... More

I will start by saying this is not a review of the golf course, tennis or meeting facilities. My review is geared towards those in the New Tampa area who may be considering Hunter's Green Country Club for its social, entertainment and community center value. Our experience, after a year of membership, has been very positive. When we first joined... More

As a member of another local Club Corp club and being a Cross Bay subscriber, we can play Hunter's Green for cart fees only. We have played golf here a number of times and to be truthful it is number 4 out of the 4 clubs that Club Corp has in the Tampa Bay area. The course is OK but... More

Hunter's Green is really nice but the courts are really dry. They need to water the courts more because in the afternoon they are so dusty.

I really don't think TTL23 and Agfink have ever visited Hunter's Green Country Club. I've been a resident for over 12 years and the course has never been good. The facilities are from the late 80's and you can tell! Their recent renovation (Fazio's Grill) is the only thing worth talking about. The TAC (Athletic Center) has rusted gym equipment,... More

The golf course is pretty, the children staff are well trained and personable, and the service staff are getting better every day. Clay court tennis courts are fun, too. The pool would be more appealing with music and update, but the kids enjoy themselves nonetheless.
