For a $2 per car entry fee, this place is great! Pavilions, trails, boardwalks, canoeing, and a nature center with fish, lobster, snakes, and turtles... all set in a semi manicured, rustic Florida setting. Had a great day here with my 14 year old.

Someone posted 25.00 entry, not so. It's 25.00 to rent a canoe or kayak for 24 hours. We rented 3 for two adults and 3 kids. We had a great time! Easy for beginners. Wear sports sandles is you can. Some sand bars have shell...More

The kayaking is great and affordable. Rangers are super nice and friendly as well. Don't go expecting a good trail, but for what it is, it's a nice little park.
