I love walking around the lake watching the ducks and turtles along with the folks walking and running around.Food tents, food trucks, music on certain days. Black Dog cafe with organic popsicles..benches to relax on..little cottages with clothes, ice cream.

I saw at least 2-3 turtle species including box shell turtles and soft shell turtles. The Florida Audubon Guide is really helpful for identifying local species you observe.
