Yes this house was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Unfortunately when I saw it...I was very disappointed. There were TWO blue tarps over it and the house looked as if it had been neglected for years.

The design is of a boat. Situated on 10 acres it has a stream and many trees. The house itself needs work. Visitors can roam freely on the first floor and outside but are cautioned that only 5 at a time are allowed on the...More

Sadly the house is in a bad state. The foundation is doing what it can to raise money necessary to properly renovate this historic treasure. The personal touch of Byrd who grew up in the house is definitely a bonus. She had lots of stories...More
