We went early evening for a box dinner with friends. Parking was not a problem at that hour and it was free. Covered area with picnic tables provided shade. Great viewing area to see our wonderful sunsets.

This so called Beach is nothing special. Parking is horrendous. I don't think there is space for 50 cars. If you don't get there very early, you will not get a parking spot and you will have to leave making that long drive back on...More

Pine island is small. Not much parking. We wish the concession stand would accept debit or credit cards. They would sell a lot and triple their sales. Just charge a fee to accept it. That's business. Not many people today carry cash anymore. Nice beach....More

Clean beach. Small but has that “beach” feel. Great for small children. The water is warm and very little movement not deep either . Very safe. Good to explore wildlife near the water. Great playground. Clean bathrooms and a nice snack shack.

We used to visit here more often when I was younger but we don't really visit here anymore. The sand is nice and clean, the snack bar has good food, and the playground is nice as well. But the water and "sand in the water"...More

Weddings have been performed there. I think you have to contact a local wedding planner to arrange this sort of thing. Not sure if you can contact the park directly.

Yes. It costs $5 to enter (they have a booth at the entrance now. Easy to launch kayak
