Beautiful quiet beach but not at all tempting to go swimming in the ocean. It appears to be contaminated by something. Been like that for 10 days now. Have tried to contact authorities and trawled the internet, but can’t get a satisfactory explanation for this....More

The beaches are getting better however red tide cell count is still moderate to high. Turtle Beach is a little less crowded, different sand unlike Siesta but still beautiful. Would have an excellent rating if the water was cleaner..Will ne back with another review soon.

If you are looking for a quiet little beach, you have found it! Parking is close to the beach. Shower located near the parking and a clean restroom within walking distance. Small playground adjacent to parking lot. No lifeguards.

let the Casey Key Water Taxi take you to Turtle Beach by anchoring out in front on the Gulf. Gorgeous aquamarine clear color waters!

I loved this beach. It was red tide when we were there but it is gorgeous, less crowded and close to some cute restaurants.

Bit of a drive but worth it for the ultra white sand. Large beach lots of room with good parking. Red Tide has hopefully moved north.

Wait until the red tide passes if the beach is your thing. Still beautiful, still lots of good restaurants and shopping, but right now, the beach is unpleasant.

I love Turtle Beach. I have been there many times. Away from the crowds of the main beach. Beautiful sand and water.

Turtle Beach is darker sand, not the White fluffy sand which makes it hotter and harder to walk on. Most days Turtle Beach is on a slope. There is a public beach access with parking and restrooms. You can also walk clear down to Casey...More

We stopped off at Turtle Beach after breakfast one morning. We just so happened upon it as we were driving around one morning and loved the views! we actually went back to the condo, changed and came back for the day!
