Sebring Historic District is run down, shops are not open on Sunday, not a lot of activities, historic shops smell historic. Needs revitalized! Sebring is a nice town with small but beautiful lakes and could use a little more life to the historic downtown.

A very depressing view of a small town that appears to have stalled progress. Most businesses are either closed or geared towards residents. Surprised that no tourist spots or unique boutiques were here.

Went to Dee's Place for breakfast and then took a stroll around downtown. The area is really pretty and has a lot of nice shops to poke around in. The park in the center adds to the charm Plenty of parking.
