Sebring Historic District is run down, shops are not open on Sunday, not a lot of activities, historic shops smell historic. Needs revitalized! Sebring is a nice town with small but beautiful lakes and could use a little more life to the historic downtown.

The downtown area is small and charming. (You can walk the entire area in 20 minutes). I loved all the charm of the buildings. It's quiet and nice and has a lot of nice shops.

Went to Dee's Place for breakfast and then took a stroll around downtown. The area is really pretty and has a lot of nice shops to poke around in. The park in the center adds to the charm Plenty of parking.

This town is hanging on by a thread. Half the storefronts were empty, and a few boutiques, but not much else to see. Bet it was great in the 1920's.
