Best friends and we decided to go to the final showing of Gypsy. Great production of the 1959 musical. First Act long-1 and 1/2 hrs, but loaded with entertainment. Majority of players were very good. Hadn't been here in a couple of years. This place is a great buy, all seats are good. Staff very friendly. Only complaint-get a second... More

Its been years since I have gone there. Our friends asked if we wanted to go Saturday for the musical cyrino. It was great. Great fun. Good energy and surprisingly good singing and dancing. We will be back soon. Still like a page out of the fifties but cute

I saw a recent production at the Backstage at The Players. The production was very well put together and the actors were very good! I highly recommend a show at The Players Theatre for something fun to do, that is priced right and local!

This was our first time at this theatre. We were impressed with the intimate feel, the seating and the spacious amount of room to move around in the theatre. Parking was close. Because it was a movie, we have no basis upon which to judge acting or music. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would like to return for a live... More

The MC for the show was not funny, nothing flowed. Jokes (comments) were crass and seemed to be random rather than part of a skit or story. The two women who covered Linda Perry's "What's going on" were the highlight of the show. It was advertised as comedy/ improv. The Improv was correct, just not comedy.

We were given tickets to a matinee from friends who felt we needed to try something new. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The show was magnificent. The singing and dancing was like being at a Broadway show. The cast were not professionals, but rather volunteers. And so, you would expect less. But, you were given so... More

Want high quality live theatre but don't want to pay high prices such as places near by? Then this is the place for you! The quality of the productions are top notch and that goes for the sets, lights, sounds and actors on stage. If you are looking to have a fun night out with some fun, check out drag... More
