Nice leisurely walking in air conditioning seeing these beautifully restored vehicles kept in loving condition. Military and senior discounts.

Great Car Museum and Time Capsule!
Apr. 2021 • Family
I have been to this museum many times over the years and I enjoy it every time. My kids are fascinated by the cars and the exhibits there. They also have a great car show at least once a month that is a blast. What a great time capsule looking into automotive history. It’s a slice of “Old Florida” which I love!

Interesting
Feb. 2021 • Friends
This was a very nice layed out museum with friendly, helpful staff.
I found it to be very interesting even though I'm not into cars at all and only went because my husband and our friends wanted to go.
I was pleasantly surprised that there were so many beautiful cars from all eras.

Covid protocal needs improvement
Feb. 2021
This is an average car museum - about 100 cars. Was surprised to be greeted by a volunteer at the door to give us our own private tour. I would prefer to look on my own at my own pace. He was informative - but was not wearing a mask. I'm pushing 70 and so was he - but when you're dealing with the public during Covid in an indoor setting, you need to keep the customers comfortable. We excused ourselves from him after 15 minutes. Otherwise a good visit.

Disappointed
Feb. 2021 • Family
I am SO upset about my experience this morning at the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, across from Asolo on US-41. After verifying the other day that they have a mask requirement, I showed up with my son at about 10, only to be “greeted” by a man behind the cash register without a mask. My 3 year-old and I were in masks and I asked if they required them. He said, “This is America; you can do whatever you want.” Needless to say, we left because there were already more people showing up and it’s entirely indoors. My son cried, then I cried in the car. My beef is that they assured me that I could expect something that did not reflect what I actually witnessed, and my son was heartbroken.

very good place with a lot of cars.
From the first vehicle, to the modern
You could see Rolls Royce, Ferrari, porsche, American classics..
we were guided by a volunteer (sorry did not remember his name), this guy was extraordinary, lot of explanations, stories...
the museum has a "shop" when you could buy you classic car !

Total disappointment.

One of the worse classic car spots we have been to. For the price they charged to get in, it was a total disappointment. Very small without anything exciting to look at. When we left we felt it was a waste of time and money!

Car enthusiast heaven..
Sep. 2020
Rare and unique car models are found in this place. There are early to late models, military, and a variety of exotic and classics.
Some repairs and organization is being done at this time but does not affect a pleasant experience. If you are into cars.. this is your place to go.

A nice museum to spend an hour.
Feb. 2020
This small museum is just across the street from the Ringling, so you can combine a visit to both places.
The museum is open every day from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. and if you look at the museum's website you will find a 1$ off coupon. Parking is free.
The museum is nice for car enthusiasts, and vehicles are in excellent condition.
I was very much impressed with the "old scraps" lying outside, that haven't been worked on: by looking at theses automobiles you can understand how many hours of work and effort were spent on renovation.
