Located on City Island and easy to get to from anywhere in Sarasota. There is quite a lot to see and experience. My favorite exhibits were the Jellyfish; they used UV lighting to enhance the viewing. Some of what we were able to see, is...More

I was hoping for more opportunities to see "big" fish. Be sure to review the schedule before going or you may miss opportunities to see "feeding". Just one show a day seems a little unfair based on the price a family has to pay to...More

First time visiting this aquarium. Very informative and the staff was friendly and involved with us without being overbearing. Always ready to answer questions and point out animals that we might have missed. Great for kids too.

My grandkids loved this!! The big manatees, the turtles, all the fish, touching critters in the touch pool. They ranged in age from 3 to 15. Something for everyone.

Went here for a lovely wedding, the food (cooked by Mote’s cafeteria), was outstanding! The exhibits were well thought out and educational, loved seeing the giant squid!

Educational, interactive, and beautiful. This was a pleasant surprise for us. Manatees, otters, sea turtles, rays, sharks---they have it all. Knowledgable volunteers eager to share their knowledge. Definitely worth seeing.
