This is a top rate RV Resort. Be sure to make reservations as it stays booked. Don't be misled. The beach is a ways away but you can walk the nice paved path to the dunes or you can catch the Resort Trolley when it is in operation. We try to visit after the snow birds leave as it stays... More

We camped here for 3 nights and it was very quiet and relaxing. It is a long walk to the beach but they have a tram a few times a day to take you there.

We wanted to see the large sand dunes & coastal dune lakes. Some of the trails are not clearly marked. We back tracked many times. The beach is nice and quiet, easy to find a place of your own to enjoy the white sand and emerald water.

Beautiful white, sugar sand beaches. Water is shallow for a long way. Just like most of FL parks, this one is well-kept. We saw lots of shore birds, terns, sandhill cranes, osprey, sand pipers, laughing gulls, pelicans, herons, and a few nasty crows.

This is an amazing stretch of beach. An oasis amidst the ever increasing number of high rises and tourist traps. Great hiking trails. Long stretch of beautiful white powdery sand. Clear water. What Florida used to look like years ago.

2nd time in 2 years. Great state park and really nice RV park rolled into 1 location. 6000 acres and 3 miles of private beach. Very good staff. Lots to do in the park. Shopping for almost anything you need or want is close by. The RV park is made to handle anything from tents to 45 foot motor homes... More

I'm a local so I have my pick of beaches and we have some of the best anywhere. That said, if you want to visit a beach that is uncrowded and natural they can be hard to find - you'll find one here! They put on a nice nature program and the campsites are in great shape (not that I... More

Great park. Full hookups. Concrete pads and lots of shade. Wifi only in one spot. Nice pool. Tram to beach only runs once an hour. Pay a teenager to run it continuesly and expand the wifi. It is my favorite park in Florida.
