The visitors center is a great place to find hidden gems of any place you are visiting. The staff at the St. Augustine Visitor's center are not only very knowledgeable about the history and great places to check out in St. Augustine but they are very friendly also. There several displays inside with interesting artifacts found in the local area.... More

We went to visit this and we learned it is no longer there. We asked individuals in the visitor's center to confirm and it has not been there for some time years.

While this fountain is a replica, it comes across as spooky and scary especially to younger kids. Adults might enjoy the story behind it.

This fountain is cool! I wonder, if they could talk, what the faces could tell us. You know they've seen history. How many different people have visited here? They've been around through several cultural changes. It's a refreshing place to sit and rest as well.

My family and I always visit this area in St. Augustine to look at the exhibits. A lot of small time vendors also set up shops around this area.

In a city steeped in pricy entertainment and historical items veiled behind curtains that only open to the tune of dollars, the visitor center is a welcome sight. There are several native American, Spanish, colonial and other artifacts on display all for everyone to see freely. Take the time to see the zero mile marker (giant stone ball) which marks... More

The gift shop had a sweet collection of local items. The interior had a wide spread display of historical artifacts and background. Parking was $12 and right beside the main Old Towne shopping, Ripley's and local parks. Several benches to sit and soak in the beautiful surroundings.

I really loved the exhibit I saw the year I went. My husband took the kids and I was able to roam free. It really touched me. Also.. a great place to let the kids use the restroom!
