We took the sunset sail on the Freedom Schooner to finish off a beautiful sunny day. The boat and crew were excellent to sail with and the sunset was fantastic. We met some fantastic people to spend the evening with and the crew really made the trip a lot of fun, engaging the passengers in raising the sails and good... More

Fabulous sunset cruise and Nights of Lights. Crew were incredibly helpful and professional, whilst being humourous and friendly at the same time. Cruise was fully booked, however, still plenty of room to walk around, take pics and talk to crew and fellow cruisers! Open bar was an added bonus, though still would have been an amazing experience without it! A... More

We had a wonderful day for a sail. The boat was not super full so there was lots of room to walk around. The staff was fantastic. When they ask for volunteers go for it. They let you help put the sails up. I loved the day sail because you can see all the houses and watch the dolphins.

My first time on a sail boat. Treated myself to the day trip on my birthday. Crew very friendly. Drinks served as part of the price. The day was beautiful and the company was enjoyable. I would do it again at a different time of the day.

The Schooner Freedom offers a nice cruise overlooking the city and waters surrounding St. Augustine. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Surprisingly, it also offers an open bar (though the beer and wine choices are unremarkable). So, if the day is pleasant and the wind steady, it is well worth it.

The sailboat was very nice; the captain & crew were terrific. They did their jobs & enjoyed conversation with their customers. We brought sandwiches from the local Publix for our lunch & they provided beer, wine, soda & water. I couldn't think of a nicer way to relax in St Augustine.

Sunset sail at Christmas could not be better. Enough wind for a sail and a fantastic view of St Augustine and the Christmas lights. The crew were very professional

So glad we did , was a lovely evening fur a sail , sunset was spectacular , photos do not do it justice , and the... More

We took the sunset cruise Thanksgiving weekend. We'd originally booked the moonlight cruise but it was undersold and the company called us to re-book on the sunset cruise, which we appreciated. The crew and captain were lovely hosts-outgoing, attentive, friendly and competent. Captain John had a great sense of humor. Beer and wine are served as part of the cruise.... More
