The weather was perfect and the view was incredible. My car club books this park every year for a picnic. We b have to book it 1 year in advance to get a spot. It is that nice and it is worht the wait.

This is truly one of the nicer parks in the St. Tampawater area. It's not on the beach, but it's on the bay. It has just enough elevation to provide some interesting views that you don't see elsewhere in this area that's known for being...More

We visited Philippe Park to start a bike ride. There is plenty of parking available throughout the park. The trees are well maintained and full of wildlife. Bring bug spray if staying for any length of time.

I bring my 3 year old boy and his brother of 1.5 and they enjoy this park a lot, especially when there are other kids playing, which happens almost always.
