Small but beautiful - worth a visit.

The gardens include a variety of collections. We found the orchid, bromeliads, and cacti to be the most interesting. We also observed an osprey and a gopher tortoise.

If you love to walk and listen to nature this is a great place to be. When I walk thru the gardens you could see the nest that the osprey built and was nesting there. It was a joy to see mother nature doing some of her best work. I got a lot of ideas for plants in my yard... More

We enjoyed an evening of Jazz at the Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens. This event is held on Wednesday nights 2X per month. Call them for dates and times.

I have to say that the Botanical Gardens in Port Saint Lucie is a very beautiful place. The Plant sale was this past weekend and I have to say.....very pricey!! The plants and scultpures were absolutely amazing but you better bring your checkbook with you.

Along the North Fork of the Stm Lucie River, this Botanical Garden is well on it's way to being a show place, but beauty in Botanical Gardens is not something that happens overnight. The city of Port St Lucie and Parks Department are committed to bringing this gem to completion but as I said - it will be a continued... More

We went for the plant sale looking for something native in the way of privacy bushes or trees. Unfortunately, there was not much. There were not many vendors and almost all wanted you to enter their lottery for a basket or plant.I expect to offset their cost as the entry was free. It is listed as 20 acres, but certainly seems... More

The Botanical Gardens have grown into an outstanding place for a wedding. It has a large indoor area should the weather not cooperate and a fantastic "bandstand" island area in the lake for great photos. A walk thru the gardens is fab...

All run by volunteers with no admission fee-make a donation. Very pleasant gardens, easy to walk around. Not much in bloom when we were there.

I would say this garden rates pretty low compared to others we have visited in the past. Family was visiting from out of town and we went to visit the gardens. It was nice. But don't expect too much.
