Great customer service! From the beginning, Frank was knowledgeable and prompt in answering my questions about booking transportation for my family of 6 to and from Orlando airport to port canaveral for my disney cruise. Ed was my driver both ways. He arrived early and sent me a text and phone call to let me know of his early arrival. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again! Thank you!

My husband and I reserved a ride from MCO to Cocoa Beach. Our driver Brian waited over two hours because the carousel at Jet Blue kept jamming all the bags from three different flights so our luggage was delayed. We texted Brian through this whole ordeal and he was great. We got to our condo in Cocoa Beach at 3 a.m. It was a nightmare. But Brian was pleasant the whole way.

Our driver was prompt, polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Transported us from Orlando Airport (MCO) to Port Canaveral Residence Inn. Although Uber & Lyft will be cheaper alternatives for transportation, this company is professional and more reliable. Greeted us with a sign to find her easily at baggage claim despite much chaos there. Drove cautiously and explained the landmarks and the area. Would def use this company again! Highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience with Cape Canaveral Transportation. First, Ginny was so responsive with emails, and very accommodating right from the get-go. Then, they helped us when we almost missed our cruise. We were supposed to fly in late at night before our cruise. Cape Canaveral Transportation was going to pick us up at an Orlando hotel the following morning and take us to the cruise terminal. However, our flight got cancelled 30 minutes before the departure time, and we were put on a flight for the next morning, on the day of embarkation. I called and spoke to Frank first thing in the morning to notify him of our flight changes. He immediately adjusted our booking to pick us up at the airport at a later time. I was already stressed about the last-minute changes so it was a relief to have him respond so quickly and so reassuringly. Then our flight was delayed, and we were at risk of missing the all-aboard time on the ship. When we arrived at the airport, Cathy was waiting for us at baggage claim. She was fantastic. She knew that we had to rush, and was ready and raring to go. She drove us quickly but safely to the terminal in the knick of time. Our whole group of 7 was impressed with Cathy and the company. Thank you, Ginny, Frank and Cathy! We would definitely use Cape Canaveral Transportation again.
