The spa is the only gig in town, therefore they charge what they want. The facilities are outdated. You must ask for the steam room to be turned on at the front desk otherwsie you can waste time sitting there assuming it's ON. Anyway, the lockers and the room are teeny tiny with one mirror and the towel drop is conveniently located at the front desk, all the way back near the entrance. (Highly awkward and inconvenient) There are NO snacks, apples or nuts so be prepared to starve. If you need to to shower, the showers are old and the plumbing is hesitant. Also if you need a hair dryer, they are controlled at the front desk and need to be requested. So I walked in my towel to the front desk so I guess theft of hair care appliances are a serious issue. If you forgot deodorant, have no fear they don't have any. The pools nice. The pool peole are nice. And the Services are decent. The Club needs to UP their game.

We were guests at the Ponte Vedra Resort and scheduled massages for two. I get massages often enough to know a good one when I have it and I did. The therapist initially asked me about my preference of light, medium or firm pressure. The massage was wonderful and followed by some time in the steam room, then the outside pool which had several separate areas within the pool for additional water therapy. My daughter said that her therapist was the best she ever had, using the right amount of pressure to work out the lumps and knots. We dragged our feet as long as we could, wanting to stay at the spa longer, but alas had to give it up and return to our rooms and families. Worth the price and the time.

As a person who lives a spa day, this is the best you will find. The moment you enter the spa, a calmness will wash over you. The locker rooms are well equipped with sauna, hot tub and steam. The bath products are lovely and the service is very attentive.
The outdoor/coed area is relaxing and beautiful. Lunch and cocktails by the pool are a must.

I was greatly looking forward to using their large outdoor 84 deg. swimming pool. It was not 84 deg. nor was it vaguely warm. If I wanted a cold dip, I could have opted for the ocean. Please don’t misrepresent your pool.

If Trip Advisor gave more than 5 stars, this would max out the best! I’m a huge Grovepark fan, have adored it for years. But I decided to give The Spa at Ponte Vedra a chance and it did not disappoint! The spa is beautiful, peaceful and so well appointed. The service was impeccable and first class all the way! We had a couples massage, enjoyed the private in room jacuzzi tub, steam room and shower. Then we had lunch from the spa cafe before our facials. Every service was perfect, timely and made me sad our day ended. Whether you’re with friends, family or as a couple- this place is wonderful! I’ll be back!

My wife and I had a couples’ massage here for her birthday and it was AMAZING! The property is beautiful with the large pool and hot tubs. Service is exceptional all-around. Our massages were perfect then after the massages, we were left alone in the room for an hour with our mimosas, jetted tub, steam shower and lively, private outdoor area. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch and fun drinks in the cafe (even the butter pats were in the shape of seahorses, their logo). I have been to many spas, but this one tops them all. We were very impressed.

Spent the day at PV Spa yesterday for my 40th birthday. We always have a great time at the spa, the staff is wonderful. This review is not about the staff or services at the spa - it is about the obnoxious overuse of plastic and complete disregard for the environment, specifically the ocean directly across the street. There is a large sign at the front saying outside containers are forbidden. I understand there have probably been a few people that have brought in outside beverages, but there are many ways to get around this without using 6 plastic cups per person. They throw away cups if they are half full next to your chair or the pool so then you have to get a new one for water. It is 100 degrees outside and they are putting paper straws in the cocktails and dishing out large plastic cups for water all day. I offered to pour the water out of my reusable water bottle - everyone in my party had one - they said it needed to be in my locker. If I wanted to sneak in booze, there are many ways I could have done it.

Im offended by this practice, with at least 50 people there daily and all using plastic cups, I feel PV Spa can and should do better.

I have a group of 10-12 planning on returning to the spa in September and I plan to ask for the option to bring in empty reusable water bottles to fill with their water when we arrive. I hope they can see this as a way to save $$ and the ocean.
