Absolutely beautiful! Well maintained, no trash, no crowds, white sand and breathtaking views. We visited several beaches in the area and none of them came close to comparing. In fact we planned to spend an entire day at another beach and left to return to...More

White sandy beaches, most days the swimming is good and the sunning is excellent. But beauty comes with a caution, rip currents are not uncommon. Still, there are rays and dolphins that surf the waves, miles of beach you can walk, fishermen to swap stories...More

We had been on Dauphin Island earlier in the week and found maybe 6 shells all day that weren't broken. When we arrived here we found a handful before even getting to the water. $3 entry fee isn't bad compared to some of the beaches...More

We went to Perdido Beach after stopping at Casino Beach. It was a lot prettier than Casino. It was very clean and hardly any people. It was like we had the entire beach to ourselves. The waves were a little rough. There are a lot...More

First beach we went to on our trip. Beautiful and not too packed with people. They do offer showers outside and nice restrooms. There are picnic tables to eat on as well

Quiet little park along the beach in Fla. panhandle. Not much there. Nice white sand but doesn't compare to Gulf Island Natl. Seashore in Pensacola. Perdido is cheap though and uncrowded. ($3.00) It's only about 20 minutes to Lamberts in Foley. Gotta go to Lamberts.

It is such a beautiful beach. I mainly wanted to go to the national park there and get my Passport book stamped - which I did! Nice Friday afternoon.

The white sands were beautiful! We walked around the end of the peninsula and enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice overhead.

Perdido is smaller, less packed area. Same beautiful beaches. Farther from restaurants, activities, etc. but also much quieter and less crowded than Gulf Shores, Orange Beach or Pensacola Beach.

Many take advantage of the beautiful beaches as well as walking trails that are dog friendly. There is a small fee of $6.00 per person. Available parking and restrooms. Bring your own food or beverages. There are picnic tables on the one end.

I’d go early in the morning. When is more important than where. Look around puddles of water, near any beach. We found them in front of our condo, but also in the state park.
