Great ride!

A smooth trip to Shell Island. The crew was friendly, knew the island well and pointed us in the right direction to collect shells.

We used the ferry service to take us to Shell Island. The kids enjoyed the boat ride. After getting dropped off we made our way over to the beach area of Shell Island which by the way is a long walk so if you have mobility issues or very small children be prepared. Once you arrive to the beach it's... More

My family and I took the ferry from St. Andrew's to Shell Island. The staff was friendly and the equipment seemed to be in good working order. My family enjoyed the ride to the island. It wasn't too crowded but we stayed close to the ferry landing. My kids really enjoyed searching for shells. We didn't find anything over the... More

by all means take the ferry over to Shell Island. We were there today (6/8/16) and the flies nearly drove us mad. The beach was nice and there was seclusion, if that's what you wanted (except from the flies, of course). There were shells, not an abundance by any means, but they're there. It was cool that we were able... More

We have done this excursion several times. For what Shell Island Shuttle is, they offer a great service. We are safely transported to Shell Island and the boat stays on schedule with Captain Mike (Squid) capeably handling the day-to-day movement. Some items of note: Shell Island has very few shells, but you will most likely see dolphins, stingrays and a... More

I have been to shell island by pontoon boat before but since we had too big of a group we decided to use the ferry at St. Andrews. Big Mistake. The dropped us off at a boardwalk way past the jettys where most people go. Near the jetties you have bay/ocean access. After winding around the wooden walkway you finally... More

If you ever wanted to go out for some great seafood and family time with your little ones on spring break, this is the perfect place to take them out to eat fish and chips. The kids will enjoy the local pirates as your waiters and waitresses. And they'll also give the kiddos a little show to boost. My husband... More

We took the shuttle to the ferry and went to shell island. It was kinda nasty the side they drop you on and then you have a long walk to the other side where it was nice. Couldn't find anything except tiny shells. We went in the morning first ferry of the day while the water was calm. The kids... More
