About
Enjoy a trip to the Gulf of Mexico side of Shell Island to see and swim with the dolphins. We instruct you when to get in the water to get a closer look and mingle with them. Once we have spent time with the dolphins, which is usually an hour, we take you to the bay side of Shell Island to swim and collect shells and sea life. The water is calm and shallow, perfect for children and adults. Our captains will get into the water with you and show you all the sea life that Shell Island has to offer. Our captains will grab puffer fish for you, show you how to find sand dollars and starfish, and give you an education on the local ecosystem and Panama City.

The cruise was nice. Capt Dave did a good job keeping us entertained with local history and facts about dolphins. Yes we did see doophins, Capt Dave did his best to keep us close to them for photos

So i didn’t know what to expect but was still excited. We put on life vests and head out to the island. On the way out there we see these giant sting rays jumping out of the gulf which was getting us more excited. We get to the island and we see dolphins. First attempt we missed them swimming by us but our Captain Steve was persistent to get us close to them. So we get out in front of them and we jump in the water and i got the best shot of them which was epic!! Afterwards we go to the other side and we go snorkeling and we find so many sea creatures and just enjoying the time in the water. Then on the way back we see another sting ray jumping out the water trying to get lunch. Overall was a special experience and if given the chance, i would do it all over again.

We had the best time with captain Billy,Wes,and Kyle. We had monster crew of 15 and they shown us a wonderful time. Those three guys made each and every one of us feel very important. Very caring and helpful by finding dolphins, huge shells, marine life, beautiful sun set just as they said they would. These guys are awesome made sure we was comfortable from start to end kinda like friends would as if we’ve known them our whole life.

I had heard the water might be murky up in the area where they take you so I called first that morning before booking & asked about the water. They were very much less than truthful about the situation & sugar coated it greatly. They said things like “it was better than it had been, not bad” etc. obviously just to get our money. When we got to where we were supposed to snorkel with the dolphins, the water literally looked black. When we got in the water it was disgustingly brown. I said something about it when we got back on the boat & the guy said visibility was about 15 feet. I seriously doubt it was even that much but I wouldn’t have booked it if they had told me that on the phone. Then they took us to where we were to snorkel at Shell Island. He dropped anchor & said “this is as good as it gets”. Again, the water looked like sewage water. I mentioned it again & he said they couldn’t control the weather / water. I said I understood that but that I had called & asked before we booked & that they hadn’t been honest. He asked who I talked to & I told him Jennifer. He said “well she’s from Key West”. I’m not sure what that was supposed to mean. If she was answering the phone she should know. There was another group with us snorkeling & it was so bad everyone just got back on the boat before our time was up. He told us we had more time & everyone pretty much just said “we’re done”. I sent an email as soon as we got back to our condo requesting a refund. Of course, I heard nothing back. Beware of this company. Very shady.

We booked 2 boats from this company for a dolphin tour. Upon arrival, we were told two of the spots we reserved were accidentally booked and given to another party. To try to resolve the issue, the company tried to then remove the other spots from the other party. They said they could accommodate us and we prepared to board. The owner came out and in a very aggressive manner began to accuse the women of our party of lying on our booking. They were very aggressive and got in people face’s pointing fingers. After much back and forth we finally were able to at least get our money back. I have never seen such an aggressive display towards women. Upon regrouping with our party at our cars one of their employees had followed us to our cars and was photographing our license plates. Would never recommend doing business with them EVER. My wife and children felt so uncomfortable and unsafe

Treats customers very badly. Was accused of lying due to an issue with the booking company who put down the wrong amount of people and were confused over the boating situation. Owner came out and yelled at group of women and children calling them liars right after taking $700 payment and seemingly resolving issue with our party which was on behalf of third party booking company. Ruined July fourth weekend and was in town to celebrate graduating law school. After much back and forth (in which we were yelled at and called liars and not even given an opportunity to explain who we spoke with on the phone or how we had told them we wanted the two boats entirely or really anything at all because they were too busy calling us liars) finally we were able to at least get the money they had just taken from us after calling us liars back and we left but one of the employees followed us to our car harassing us. I had young children with me (two of which were 7 and 9 - three were young teenage girls) would not recommend doing business with a company of large men who harass young female women like this.

Did the tour with Justin and Hunter and they were phenomenal. Had a once in a lifetime experience that any Karen would probably be demanding a refund for, when a fishing charter about 100 yds from us called for help because a 250 lb. spotted eagle ray jumped into their boat. The guys pulled along side and helped to get the ray back in the water which consisted of Justin having to pull the ray off the boat into the water with himself under it. This limited the rest of our time but wouldn’t have traded it to miss out on that. Super friendly guys, great with the kids and had a hell of a time. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful morning on the water. Captain Steve knew exactly where to take us to see the sea turtles. The water where we snorkeled was clear even after the storm last night and was perfect for 10 and 12 year old first time snorkeling. We did see a pod of dolphins on our way back to the dock. Would definitely recommend and would love to go again when we return to PCB.

We took the 2-hour dolphin/snorkeling excursion. Kyle, our captain, was wonderful. He was patient and we had a great time!
During the trip we saw dolphins and snorkeled for over an hour. My wife and I collected shells and sand dollars. What a great afternoon!

We were there the week after July 4th. This was just a fast boat ride to Shell Island. We did snorkel for a while, saw nothing. No mention of dolphins. Just had to listen to the Capt. and his previous work, salvage recovery something or other. He did bring out conchs and starfish from the well of the boat for a photo opt. Very disappointing trip and waste of money.
