The Welcome Center in Panacea is lovely. There are displays of fish found in the Gulf and beautiful art work. The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Any visitors will find a stop there enjoyable and helpful.

Lots of resources available. Free Florida maps. Host at the center was local and very knowledgeable on the area. Even a fish quiz for you to take! Very interesting historical photos inside.

Lots of good information and history of the area and helpful, friendly people as well. Maps and brochures of the surrounding area. One of my favorite things are the displays of shells and fish, eagles, alligators, etc.

Yes, they have plenty of parking. The workers are extremely helpful and friendly. Just speak with one of them and they will direct you in the correct way.
