Great place to park if you want to go to the beach. Also has a dog park, playground, tennis courts and hiking trails. At the west end of the park is a fishing pier and kayak/canoe launching area on the Halifax River.

My wife & I visit often. Great view of the Atlantic across the street. Park has several roof covered picnic tables to protect from the hot Florida sun. Good place to enjoy lunch, read a book or just take in the ocean breeze.
