The Casements

I visit every Dec. to see their beautiful trees, crafts and many other features. Plus it is an historic site. Going again this Dec. Wouldn't miss it.

Great sight to see. Many pictures of Mr. John D. Rockefeller and his story is interesting. Home's architect is very simple. Tour is free, with a donation box in entrance. If you like history, it is worth the visit.

I visited on two days with groups I brought there. They have volunteers that provide the tours and they did a fantastic job. The Casements was once the home of John D. Rockefeller and it has been beautifully restored. It offers the bonus of an Eagle Scout project that is called the Boy Scout Historical Exhibit. It has an unbelievable... More

My husband and I had a few hours before our flight. We found The Casements and decided to take the free tour. Wow, what a total surprise. Our tour guide was wonderful. We plan to go back on our next visit. What a hidden gem.

Very interesting, free (donations accepted) tour of John D. Rockefeller's home. Ours was a small group, and our guide was very knowledgeable. Tour lasted about an hour. Grounds are beautiful.Tours are timed.

A historic home open to the public that after hosts artisans and authors and musical festivals on the grounds. A landmark in Ormond Beach that is a must visit when in the area.

So we like people but not the crowds! We do things at the casements- but I call in early and find out when the best time to come for a low crowd control! Listen to the workers there! They know their stuff!!! Really great for movies, Christmas, holidays , bbq's and the history is amazing if you like learning about... More
