My husband and I stopped here on our way out of Ormond Beach. We could not wait for the guided tour, which is free (donations appreciated). Even so, to see the effort put in to the history and preservation of this beautiful home was fantastic. I really enjoyed seeing how the home had benefited the community of Ormond Beach over... More

If you don't have something to do or if it is a slow day, this is a good option. You get to see old Ormond Beach. If you are in to history or old home architecture, this is a nice place to go visit.

It is nice to see how the wealthy lived about 100 years ago. Beautifully appointed and fun to imagine how live was so long ago. There is a Boy Scout museum on the upper floor, lots of memroabilia. The yard and water view are excellent.

Free docent lead tours. Very interesting tour of Rockefeller summer home. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Missed the Christmas activities sponsored by the Guild but sounded fun - should check these out if visiting in December.Check hours - closed at 12 noon the Saturday we were there. Group used stairs but also an elevator if needed.

The location of the House and the tranquil gardens alongside the water make it a very peaceful oasis in a busy coastal town. The house itself is amazing inside, our daughter got married there and we got to spend a lot of time in the house, it is really worth a visit.! We stopped by while in town last weekend... More

I visit every Dec. to see their beautiful trees, crafts and many other features. Plus it is an historic site. Going again this Dec. Wouldn't miss it.

Great sight to see. Many pictures of Mr. John D. Rockefeller and his story is interesting. Home's architect is very simple. Tour is free, with a donation box in entrance. If you like history, it is worth the visit.
