I would prefer if the parents didn't have to pay to enter. I don't really care to have extra coins and there's really nothing for the parents there besides spending time with their children. It was a little pricey after having to pay admission for three people and would have prefer to do something else at that cost.

My son was three when we went and I felt he was little too young to really take advantage of what Crayola Experience has to offer. He mainly played at the little jungle gym they had and sat down for maybe 10 minutes to color and that was it. He mainly just ran around and wasn't really interested in doing any of the other activities.

They had a lot to offer but it if you have younger children like my son, it may be best to skip this one until they're older. This requires the children to sit for some time to really do a lot of the activities offered and if your child doesn't sit still or have a long attention span, it will be a waste of money.

This place is a lot of fun. Lots to do inside and teachers/military get a discount! It is cheaper than visiting one of the theme parks. Tickets are around $25 per adult. Anyone any age could have fun here. It is accessible for someone with wheelchair. There is a show about how crayons are made, you can label your own crayon, make wax crayon projects, color a washable toy, play area for kids, selfie stations, video stations, cafe, snacks, melted crayon craft, coloring galore. Connected to the Crayola store in the Florida Mall beside Dick's Sporting Goods, side entrance also available. Definitely would recommend if your looking for something unique to do.

We went here a couple years ago when we were in Orlando. As we drove past it dropping somebody off at the airport, my daughter saw it and remembered it. She asked if we could go again, so we did. There’s different stations inside- make your own crayon, make your own coloring sheet, create different designs, make a melted crayon design or crayon mold, etc. We probably stayed for about 2 hours. There’s also a small indoor play area.

Went with my 5-year olds and had a lot of fun with the wide range of creative activities at the Crayola Experience, from drawing and painting to melting and forming crayon art. The show/demonstration on how they make crayons was a high point. Some arcade games available, too, but we could have spent all day just with the artistic items. They've done a good job adjusting the layout to allow excellent social distancing. Very impressed and I had as much fun as my kids.

Lose credit for very bad experience when entering. We got in without taking our plastic bag on the first floor which contains 3 tokens you can use on the second floor. The person who was dispatching it fiercely said that he had gave it to me as if I was trying to get another 3 tokens from him (he even didn't scan my tickets and tear the code). Interesting... Why I need a second bag? He insisted on that until the man who was checking bag suggested him to scan again to double check.
Very bad experience as a kids-based place. I won't come again and won't suggest any of my friend to come.
To the people manager: 2/18/2023 11:45am the person who is on duty of above position could be fired...

We saw a video from the Tim Tracker on you tube about this place. My child saw the video and we both thought it looked interesting, and there arent many locations. We usually visit Orlando every few years, and decided on the next trip no matter what, we would fit it in. It was a great afternoon escape from the Disney parks on the busy holiday crowds. There werent to many people here and we were able to do everything that we wanted. We loved the melt station and the drip art station. Loved that we got a scrubby to! Def worth a visit for something different. I do feel that there were to many food places in this little area. You could eliminate a food area for more activity areas. Your holiday scenes were cute.

We took our grandson to Crayola Experience and he loved it. He’s 7-years old. There are so many activities that encourage creativity. You can name a crayon color and print the name of the color that you create. You can easily spend a whole day there. Three also have food available. Of the things we did while he was here, he liked this one the best.

We purchased year tickets last year and we went to kill time with our son before we checked into our Disney Vacation. The experience was great our son had a blast. Fast forward to this year and our last day of vacation is usually a down day where we relax and our son says can I go to the Crayon place. So we went. And our passes were still good. Our son played on their playground. Made clay sculptures and made his own crayons again. This place is worth the stop to give your kids a chance to just play aside from the theme parks. Thanks!!

What a bummer. Talk about lack of pride and care about one’s job. We went on Oct 14 and was pretty disappointed. Fortunately it’s only $25 a ticket.

Place was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Floors were full of trash EVERYWHERE, tables were dirty and never wiped down. There was a slurpee cup that spilled and sitting in front of the Photo Booth the entire two hours we were there. And I watched a “cleaner” walk by, look at it and keep going. Nice.

Got two rock hard pretzels at one of the stands. Asked to swap one out and apologized that they were all that way, offered a refund. The counter was soaking wet with water and ice cream. Floor was sticky from spills. Managers were even right there and didn’t ask their employees to clean. Really?

The one activity where you melt a crayon into a new shape had maybe 4 working stations out of maybe 15? And even those seemed to have a problem and not work right. We got out of line

Overall, place seemed dated and again, was absolutely filthy.

The management should be ashamed in themselves to allow it to get, and then stay, that way.

Won’t be back. I have two stars because my kids enjoyed it well enough. The lady at the glitter tattoo was nice.

We were very excited to try out the Crayola Experience. We gathered up our kids and their friends and off we went! For the record, there were three ten-year-olds and a seven-year-old. I realize it was summer time and crowds are to be expected. But I expect those crowds to be well-managed and the experience to be at least somewhat organized. Maybe it's because this is a fairly new attraction and the workers haven't gotten into their groove yet, or maybe it's because we are used to how everyone is happy, friendly, and helpful at the Happiest Place on Earth, but we were really disappointed in the attitudes of the workers and the lack of helpfulness displayed by them. Yes, there are a lot of stations with a lot to do. No, the price of admission does not, in fact, include much of the activities. Well, actually, that's not true. The price of admission does include many activities. If you want to take home a finished product, however, that will cost you. Several of the stations were not self-explanatory, or the signage was unclear. We went to a few stations and had absolutely no idea what we could do. I would hope, especially with this being a new attraction, that workers would be everywhere offering to help people figure things out or at the very least being available if people had questions. We did not find that to be the case. We also had a little trouble at one of the more popular stations with people trying to take our seats. The station was designed so that you draw on a tablet-type thing and then most kids were getting up to see their drawings on a big digital screen. Many kids were not done when they got up to look at their drawings, but other kids were there to swoop up their seats. No one was regulating this or even in the area when we were there. The icing on the cake for us was after we had had enough and were on our way out, we saw the indoor crayon playground. We decided to do this one last thing before we left. After a little bit, two of the kids came out and said they were done. Each of them had one token left, so I suggested they go make one more crayon (that was the one cool part of the whole thing - getting a crayon with a label that says whatever you'd like it to say - although the selection of colors was significantly limited). Both kids are 10 and I could see them from where I was sitting waiting for the remaining two kids. Two minutes after they left to get their crayons, the workers came out of the woodwork screaming and shouting for everyone to GET OUT OF THE BUILDING NOW!!! NOW!!! No one told us what was going on, they just kept screaming at everyone to get out. Chaos ensued. I got the kids out of the playground and ran over to where the other two kids were, but the area was empty. I flagged down a worker and said I was missing two kids. She looked at me and said, "Wow, are you serious?" Then she kept on doing what she was doing. So I found another worker and told him I was missing two kids. He said don't worry, everyone is outside. We finally got outside and immediately spotted the two missing kids talking to a very nice woman who said she was just going to call me (my daughter knew my number) to tell me they were fine. I thanked her profusely, especially after she told me that she had overheard the kids trying to talk to Crayola employee after Crayola employee (as they had been instructed to do if we ever got separated for any reason) and were getting nowhere. As it turns out, it was a fire alarm, complete with fire engines racing to the scene. No fire, thank goodness. After a while, we were ushered back in (the kids still wanted to go to the souvenir shop, of course). Keep in mind, you can only enter the experience itself from outside the mall - the souvenir shop is inside the mall. When we were ushered back in, we were ushered into the mall, not the experience. That was fine, because we did not intend to go back to the experience. As we were checking out at the souvenir shop, I remembered they had taken our photo as we came in. I asked if we could see it and was told, "Uhm... no... I don't think so. You'd have to go back in to the experience, and I don't know if you can get back in now without paying again." Really? I didn't believe for a second that was the case (if it was, omg), but I was not about to drag four tired and cranky children all the way back in just to get a photo. I asked if there was a way to see it online? Nope. Any way someone could snag it and send it down for us to look at? Nope. Anyone anywhere want to be at least a little helpful today? Apparently not. We really wanted to like this attraction. We really did. I don't particularly want to go back, for all the reasons noted above. No big surprise there; however, none of the four kids want to go back, either, and that's saying something.
