We called for reservations at 730 and was told there was nothing available . We were stuck with a 6:15 reservation with only one piano player and NO atmosphere . I love this place and could not believe how dead it was for my friends . The one piano player took a deserved break but I was dead . Don't... More

Stoped in with a few friends and drink in the out patio area. Weather was perfect and the drinks were great.

Yeah, you heard that right. I went to an authentic Irish bar to watch the superbowl. They have two bars, one with TV's that has the game playing, and one that is a piano bar (super fun, but that's for a different review). Had a great bartender, and great service. Spent five hours there watching the best football game ever,... More

This place is amazing! Dueling piano's and a great atmosphere to let loose. The Hurricane's are the best!! Want to go back soon.

Stopped by to ask about dueling pianos around 5-5:30. And was told they start at 8. So we left found something to eat and went back to find a line of people waiting. We wanted cocktails and dessert but there was a 40 minute dinner wait. And also "open seating" would be at 9:15. This would have been valuable information... More

We greatly enjoy the piano bar EVERY time we go, early or late! We've spent some time in New Orleans, and some of the vibe of the famous Pat O'Brien's is there -- the fire fountain, the Hurricane. I was surprised that I had to ask the server for the souvenir glass that you are paying for when you order... More

The nachos didn't taste so great. No salsa!!?? But they didn't charge us and took them back. Food was ok. Live pianists were great. U can write down requests and they sing the songs.

Honestly, best service we've ever, ever had. Left-handed Brian was incredible, anticipating our groups every need. A total professional. Everyone loved their menu items. The cheesy crawfish dip was a hit. Po boys, wings and etouffee were all great. Hurricanes were the hit of the party. Very fun with dueling pianos, too. Total blast.

We were really looking forward to eating here to have a change of cuisine and I'm sorry to say it really wasn't that great, 3 of us opted for the Jambalaya which although tasty wasn't anything special and it just felt like any typical chain restaurant and the waiting staff were not what you expect from American, we found ours...
