A really fun show, for adults and children, especially if the boys in your family are tired of princesses. ;) Food is alright. Drinks are also served!

We got a BOGO deal through our resort so we decided to go (normally probably wouldn't have since the tickets are a bit steep), plus our toddler could get in free. The ship-stage is amazing. The cast all did a great job, effects/sound/lighting all on...More

Entertaining show but the food doesn't match. Where I sat they kept my glass filled with beer so that helped! Waitress was attentive and nice. The pirates put on a great show. The "Green" group pirate was especially good (apparently he was a sub who...More

If you keep them watching the action on stage. But NOT a place they can run and play. You must keep them enjoying the pirates. Watch ,oh where did he or she go.

Hello, we visited Pirates's Dinner Adventure on 5/13 as a Mother's Day celebration for the 5:30 pm show. One day before a sales rep convinced us to upgrade to a VIP experience for an extra $107 for a family of 5. Unfortunately, when we arrived and throughout the show, we DIDN'T EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE INCLUSIVE ITEMS IN THE VIP EXPERIENCE! No unlimited drinks, so soup, no coffee, no kids experience since the boats were broken, our server forgot to let our kids know when to go on stage as well, no pictures on the ship after the show with pirates, etc. Even no food at the VIP lounge and we arrived 45 minutes prior to the show!!! We called TEN TIMES and sent TWO EMAILS asking for a full refund of the VIP experience (not the actual tickets, even though we left hungry since we asked for pasta meals for 4 family members and were not provided them) and the response is we can come back to the show for a general admission. We left v/m to extensions 245, 246 and 255 and the only definition of a Manager is a rude woman by the name of Kimberly who refuses to transfer to anyone higher in the position. This is false advertising (since we didn't receive anything from the VIP experience we paid for) and we have tried to resolve this in a friendly manner before contacting the bank for a fraudulent transaction. Very disappointing that a business runs like that!

I wouldn't wait for an answer. Contact your credit card company. Dispute the charges. Pirate people might reach out to you sooner.
