I definitely recommend this for families with children under 12. The actors invite the children to participate about 3 different times. The food was fine and the "after party dance" was a great hit with my 4 1/2 yr. old daughter!More

I bought the VIP Groupon. After reading the Pirates Adventure website, I expected their VIP level: VIP lounge with special appetizers pre-show, seats up front, guaranteed interaction with Pirates and pictures with the cast on the pirate boat afterwards. Nope--not the case. So disappointing after...More

Hello, we visited Pirates's Dinner Adventure on 5/13 as a Mother's Day celebration for the 5:30 pm show. One day before a sales rep convinced us to upgrade to a VIP experience for an extra $107 for a family of 5. Unfortunately, when we arrived and throughout the show, we DIDN'T EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE INCLUSIVE ITEMS IN THE VIP EXPERIENCE! No unlimited drinks, so soup, no coffee, no kids experience since the boats were broken, our server forgot to let our kids know when to go on stage as well, no pictures on the ship after the show with pirates, etc. Even no food at the VIP lounge and we arrived 45 minutes prior to the show!!! We called TEN TIMES and sent TWO EMAILS asking for a full refund of the VIP experience (not the actual tickets, even though we left hungry since we asked for pasta meals for 4 family members and were not provided them) and the response is we can come back to the show for a general admission. We left v/m to extensions 245, 246 and 255 and the only definition of a Manager is a rude woman by the name of Kimberly who refuses to transfer to anyone higher in the position. This is false advertising (since we didn't receive anything from the VIP experience we paid for) and we have tried to resolve this in a friendly manner before contacting the bank for a fraudulent transaction. Very disappointing that a business runs like that!

I wouldn't wait for an answer. Contact your credit card company. Dispute the charges. Pirate people might reach out to you sooner.

I would go for 510 ish. They put a little show on outside in the bar area that leads you into what the show will be about once you are seated.
