Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

The first time we went, they shorted each kid about 10 seconds doesn’t sound like much but when you only get 60 it’s bad. So we bought a package to come back we were told it would be four minutes per person for 10 flights well to find out, they claim it was only 10 minutes that we paid for, we paid for high fly. They broke us down into two separate flights. They Hi-Fly the first time around then the second time no Hi-Fly. She claims they only do it for one session. Only problem is it says I’m paying 20 extra dollars for high fly time during my time there , no where does it say for only half the time you paid for. She held onto everybody the whole time never really giving instructions to that anyone become independent, or fly by themselves, so you just felt like a dog on a leash.
No refunds no apologies no compensation nothing. When we go back never.

We don't have anything like this close to home, so we had to try it out. The staff was super friendly and our instructor, Marco, did a really great job at coaching us and making us feel comfortable throughout our time there. Thanks for a great experience, we'll definitely be back!

Worth every penny! Our instructor, Stryker, was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and lots of fun. My husband and I had done this before in Tampa. We took our 16 year old son with us on this trip to Orlando. He is also hooked. An amazing experience. Not like any thing else. The High Flight is definitely worth the extra money. We will be back in April and June!

I have an odd story about our experience at IFly. We booked and paid in advance online. Our flight time was 4:00. We arrived at 3:20 for 'check in' and while checking in (going to a computer to type in your name, etc), we were told that we were late and if we were interested in flying, we would have to return when they had space available...3 days from our scheduled time.
We weren't happy, to say the least. We booked this adventure near the tail end of our trip, thus waiting three days wasn't feasible. We explained that we were 40 minutes early from our 'time'; the obnoxious staff member printed out our receipt, highlighted the portion that says "check in 60 minutes prior to flight time" and tried to send us on our merry way. Without a refund.
We asked to take a later flight that day and the staff member happily refused. We asked for a refund, and the staff member happily refused. We felt a little scammed, especially since the place was dead empty--if they were overbooked, then where were all the people? Eventually, the manager gave us a refund reluctantly ("this isn't our policy").
Our friends happen to book the same day, just a bit later, and were called prior to their flight to say that their were mechanical issues and IFly was closed. They, too, were offered a flight three days later, but were leaving. They were not offered, nor issued a refund. Our friends are fighting with them still to receive a refund.
So, I have to think that the day we arrived, their was some mechanical problem, and yet they were trying to send us out the door without a refund. Seems like a scam. If the machine is broken, hand out refunds! Why create all this bad press?

I went to this place and watched the 2 classes ahead of me. The the intructor took them up and it looked like it was going to be a lot of fun. When it was my turn the the intructor we had never took us up and let us fall. He was not very good at all. He looked like Carrot Top. I spoke to mgmnt about the issue and they said this instructor was not certified to do this particular thing with his students. I felt cheated because we paid the same price as the rest of hte people. He said their position was not to advertise this kind of flying, but their pictures show people doing flips. I argued this with the manager with no result. He had my money and there was nothing I could do. I did promise him that I would share my experience on the internet for others to see. If you are doing this make sure u have a good intstructor otherwise u will feel ripped off as we did.

I bought the tickets in advance for 27.50 each and booked my reservation before our trip. This was our second time here so we knew what to expect. Arrived an hour before. Then, half an hour before get dressed, prepped, etc. The staff is great.
We opted for the 2- 2 minute flights in the tower. It looks easier than it is. My advice is for price, check their site for specials, check Entertainment.com for discounts, and other online sites. I bought our discount tickets 3 months in advance. Make your reservations beforehand. Wear sneakers and appropriate clothing as you will be wearing a one piece suit others have and will wear again.
Super staff...always helpful. Great service. And a fun thing to do in Orlando besides going to the parks one day.

We just went to Skyventure, and it was a terrible experience. They sent me in while the tunnel was filled with water from the rain so my face got pelted (which stings.) We were waiting for the rain to stop so we could take our 2nd turns, and all of the employees left us for over 30 minutes with no explanation of what was going on or when we might go back in. I had to walk out in the rain to get answers. When I went to complain and get my refund, one of the employees- Angel- got in my face being very rude and agressive. He was ridiculous, and he continued with his attitude even after I asked for a manager.
Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. The 2 minutes of flight time is certainly not worth the price either.

Take a 40 yr old "girl" (cuz that's what I felt like) and teach her to fly. It was so cool. You go into a training room for about 10 minutes and they instruct you on how to "fly". You suit up in REAL flight gear and then a group of 7-8 take turns entering the tunnel with an instructor. Think the bubble scene in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate factory only faster and more intense. It was a Blast!!!!

For 75$ to fly 2 minutes? totally....not worth it. I feel like for 75$, It would have been nice to fly at least 10 minutes.

Pros: Clean, newer facilities, and an efficient check in process. The equipment was clean and well laid out. Everyone was professional and friendly. We didn’t have to wait at all with our reservation. The experience felt safe.
Cons: It all comes down to value for money spent. This is way way too short of an experience to have value for my family. The family package was $300 which amounted to a total of 10 minutes plus $60 I got charged later. That means each of our four family members could enter the sky diving chamber for a TOTAL of 2 minute 30 seconds spread over two turns. They carefully had the clock running and trust me no one got more than a few seconds extra. For $30 a minute I expect a lot more. Add to that they tell you you don’t have to decide right not you can decide when you are In there if youWant the instructor to take you up To the top. I was outside the chamber and while my son took his second turn the instructor pointed upward and gave a thumbs up. I didn’t even understand that meant I had consented to pay $15 per person. This part was very brief as well. At $30 per minute I just don’t see value for my family. Everyone was glad they tried it. Two of my family members really liked it at the other two thought it would be more fun. No one went out of the way to make my birthday son feel extra special.
$30 a minute says it all for me. Sorry. If you lengthened the time I probably would give a different value assessment but it would have to be considerably longer. It didn’t feel like a once in a lifetime experience.
