for you history buffs out there, this Titanic Museum is a must see if you are in the Orlando area. i have been to the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tenn and this one is just as good, maybe a bit better as they allow you to take photos without flash. the customer service was very good, lots of good photos to create an album with. we were there on the actual 109th ann. of the event which made it a little more real.…

Went here with my son, did not expect much, however I was wrong. The experience was amazing!! The attention to detail, the history, the immersion, top notch. The historians on site had so much information to share. I would highly encourage you to experience this amazing place, it’s unlike anything else. Loved this place, and am grateful to the historian who took the time to share history with us.…

I visited titanic orlando today 4/09/20201 with my daughter. Though the museum was wonderful, our experience was not. My tickets were paid for online, the man at the register mood suddenly changed! He seemed to have a bad attitude and wouldn't explain anything to us, he wouldn't even look me in the face. Still being polite I said thank you and his response was " just go to her for a boarding pass." The lady however was nice. After walking through the museum and reaching the grand stairwell I learned we can have photos taken of us there AND in the front lobby. When I went back to the lobby I asked the same man about the photos and of we can take photos as well. His response was "ugh I guess I'll do it" when taking the photos my daughter asked if she can retake the one photo because she didn't smile the way she liked (she's 3) he answered her with "I saw you smile but whatever" after he took the photo he threw the photo card onto the table, rolled his eyes and walked away without a word and I kept trying to say thank you for taking the photos, but he never answered. Later a new group walked in and he assisted them with a smile. My daughter who is only about to be 4 in a month asked me "mom, why is he so mean?" A child at that age was able to notice something was off. How do you explain to a child why someone treated us differently than the other people around us? This made me feel like for some reason it was just US that he did not like. Meanwhile the ladies there all had smiles and spoke to us with respect and a good attitude. It bothers me because we were very excited to go today and that type of behavior wasn't something you would expect at an establishment like this.…

Good history and artifacts in one place. We did the individual tour. There is a option for a guided tour which seemed pretty interesting. The guide was giving alot more facts than what you would receive doing the tour on your own.
