    Birthday Celebration on the Titanic!
My friend and I celebrated my birthday visiting the Titanic Exhibit in Orlando. I really enjoyed taking the group tour of this museum. Each member of our group was given a passport of someone who was on board the Titanic. My passenger was a 28 year old women who travelled second class and survived that historic trip. My friend's passenger was in first class and did not survive the trip. Our tour guide was wonderful and I am happy we signed up for the group tour.

    Titanic experience
Excellent history and real artifacts from the Titanic! Purchase audio devices for full experience. Juan C Lassala who is the floor manager was superb! A real expert on the Titanic extremely knowledgeable and provided many facts about the ship and it’s demise! Ask for him when you arrive he will really enrich your experience. Nice gift shop with much variety. You will also get a boarding pass with a name of one if it’s passengers at the end of the tour you can explore the memorial wall and see if you/your passenger survided. The artifacts expert Chyan C also knowledgeable and an expert on the passenger. Fabulous experience! Place was clean staff very friendly and hand sanitizer everywhere. When in Orlando this is a must see! Takes about 3 hours to tour!

    Enjoyable Experience
Our tour guide Lern was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The layout of the museum was unique with its different rooms as if you were on the ship and the displays were well done. Lots of interesting artifacts and information. The fun part was receiving a boarding pass at the beginning of the tour with the name of a Titanic passenger. Pass was integrated into the tour dialogue.

    Wonderful Tour & Exhibit
This was a wonderful, informative exhibit. Stephanie our guide was knowledgeable, personable, and had wonderful anecdotes to add to the history of the ship and the passengers. We have done Titanic Belfast and the White Star Line tour in Cork. This exhibit and Stephanie added additional information for us. The guided tour is definitely a must!

    Rainy day
What an interesting experience for a rainy day in Orlando. The guides and actors they had floating around entertaining the guests was remarkable and fun. I wish we had known about the dinner gala they hosted on the weekends. I would have participated. Maybe next time?

    Great Tour
We went on the heroes of Titanic tour which was excellent. Our tour guide Tyler was knowledgeable and obviously interested in the subject, and he gave an interesting and emotive tour around the museum. The artefacts on show were better than expected, and I cant believe I actually got to touch a piece of the ship. We also paid extra for the souvenir photos which were excellent. It was a great start to our holiday!

    See the Titanic Exhibition
This was a great day outing. Enjoyed looking at all the artifacts. Boarding pass was clever as you were able scan your ticket to see if the passenger you received at check-in was a survivor or a victim. Each room was uniquely designed. Well worth the money. Be sure to wear something photogenic as you have your picture taken six times. At the end of the tour, is a great gift shop to purchase a souvenir from the day. Some great finds at the gift shop. The best part if you would like to add souvenirs to your collection but do not have enough money, you can purchase online at the titanic store and have them shipped.

    Went Beyond Expectations
Attended the gala dinner with my sister and parents. Before coming, I had read so many different kinds of reviews, several bad, and the good ones didn't give much info. I went ahead and booked the dinner/tour thinking it may be a hit or miss. Definitely a hit!! The staff and actors played the parts so well, they were very informative, and very attentive to your needs during the dinner. The food was spectacular! Not only does this experience give you the awe inspiration of the grand ship, but they also did an amazing job of making the solemnity of the tragedy so real for you! It's really nothing like the Titanic museums in Branson, MO and Pigeon Forge, TN, but in my opinion so much better, as it is not only a museum, but an EXPERIENCE! (Of course, we did the whole dinner with guided tour, not a self guided tour, otherwise it would probabaly be more like a museum.) Would definitely go again and would recommend for all ages!! Also another little note here...we dressed up and it made the experience all the more fun and realistic, also had the actresses asking us about our hats! ;)

Great visit at the Titanic Exhibit.
We were 4 adults and had the guided tour with Learn. She was excellent. Never stuttered or stammered over words or information she shared. We were also surprised by the guest on board that appeared during our tour and was very entertaining. I've been wanting to do this for a few years and finally had the chance. Very delighted at the artifacts and the cleanliness of the tour. I love titanic history. My suggestion is to have more benches available throughout the tour for us elderly people who may need to rest our feet and back during a 1-1/2 hour tour. Best part! The females we had passenger tickets for survived but our male escorts did not! Some little spoilers alert! Great little afternoon adventure. Our tour guide made the difference I believe. Going it alone you would not get all the added info.

Very Interesting place to visit and see history.
Very interesting place to tour. We did the guided tour and Dana was very informative and was easy to hear her. She kept your attention with her humor and knowledge. The artifacts were well layed out and easy to view. My only complaint with the guided tour is that there isn't enough time to actually view all of the artifacts and stay with the guide, as they need to keep moving you along. If I had more time, I would've like to walk thru the exihibition again and look at the items more leisurely.

The Titanic Exhibit is amazing on it's own. The dining experience takes it to the next level. You start by seeing much of the exhibit and get a sense of how truly grand it must have been to sail on Titanic. You have an opportunity to take professional photos on the grand staircase with the captain. The context of the event is that all of the diners are at a gala dinner in honor of the captain who would be retiring after this voyage. The event was festive and the actors really made it come to life. But then. . . . there was the inevitable crash with the iceberg and the passngers (including us) and crew began to understand the growing horror of what followed. The event ends on a solemn note. . . as it should.

Staff were excellent , exhibit was very interesting and informative but the meal was shocking!! Food was cold and couldn’t be sent back. For the actual cost the whole experience wasn’t worth the money

My husband and I went with some friends to the dinner. We arrived about 2 hours early to give ourselves time to enjoy the museum first. It was amazing and contained many artifacts retrieved from the wreckage. It was informative and moving but we had some fun too!

I can’t say enough good things about this entertainment/dinner/museum. The museum alone is fascinating and has been filled with art if acts from the Titanic as well as the movie and other items.

The dinner is ok, food was good but due to having to cater to a lot of us it was like warm when it came out.

The shining star of the evening though are the actors. These guys put their all into their performances and embraced their roles better than anything I’ve seen before.

They had the right amount of respect for the trade guy that occurred and made us understand how much it meant to them in their portrayals. I was actually in tears at the end of the evening as you are shown what the last few moments would have been like. The panic and confusion. The devastating feeling of loss of loved ones even though they may have still been looking into their eyes at the time.

Every single passenger has been honoured at the museum and I applaud them for how it has been approached and how it has been handled.

I will definitely return (with tissues in my pocket)

I am an active crewmember on a cruise ship so naturally im fascinated with ships. I visited a Titanic exhibition in Liverpool, UK but it was not nearly as captivating as this one. Getting your boarding pass of a real passenger to see in the end of the exhibition on the passenger manifest if they survived is a beautiful touch. almost immersive experience (the Iceberg room really is very cold). Great and friendly staff. Many people dont even know its here so it was very quiet. There is a lot of exhibits take directly from the wreck itself (marked by a little red White star flag) 1,5hrs definitely not wasted.

Went to check out this museum on a recent trip to Orlando. The exhibit was well thought out and organized. Cheyanne was super friendly, warm and a great guide. The iceberg near the end of the tour was a cool touch as well ;).

The gift shop staff was amazing and helped me pick out some plates.

10/10 would recommend!

We spent a brilliant afternoon here and we loved the exhibition. The staff were all friendly and helpful but Chyan was just out of this world. Her passion and enthusiasm made the visit so much more interesting and we stayed on to do the omens and premonition tour with her after. We were all so invested by the end of the tour to see if the passenger we had been assigned had survived.

I was visiting my daughter in Orlando. She suggested visiting the Titanic exhibit. We were fortunate enough to have Chyan as our tour guide. I have toured Buckingham Palace, the Vatican, Ireland, NYC most of the United States and I can honestly say Chyan was the best tour guide I have ever had. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, and charming. After the tour I could hardly wait to start my own research! Chyan is such an asset for exhibit. I have already recommended this tour to several friends and intend to go back on my next visit. Thank you Chyan for a wonderful tour.
