Excellent, well cared for horses, clean and safe experience

For our kids, this was the highlight of Disney. We are planning to return in November. A great time was had by all.

Overall negative experience here. The guard at the gate that you have to stop in to get to the ranch was a jerk. My son loved the pony rides and the stables. The workers there were good. We then did a carriage ride that I would not recommend. The driver and the horse are cool but the route is through... More

We just happened to be at the barn at the right time (2:30 p.m.) for the barn tour. It starts off in the small museum and gives you a close up of the 1907 calliope before you learn about the horses and how the ranch hands care for them. On the tour, you visit some back stage areas where you... More

Although only at walking pace it is a wonderful way to soak up the scenery and slow down. We rode during the morning and saw deer within the forest which was lovely. Horses looked well kept and not overworked, it is suitable for beginners and the people taking the rides make sure no one hangs on the horses mouth. The... More

Pros: First of all let me say – I was not expecting great things. I am a confident rider but as this was a trail ride for all levels I was only expecting to walk around a trail in a follow my leader fashion - This part was as expected and not an issue. I mainly wanted to do this... More

We walked up without a reservation, were able to get on the next ride leaving in just a few minutes. Helmets fit well, horses we calm, quiet, walked well. Saddles were all 16" western, comfortable. Loved the mounting platform, great design especially for people who need help mounting. Nice trail through the woods, 45 minutes. Guides were wonderful, personable, and... More

Our trail leader Meredith was so lovely and made the experience even better. Owning my own horses in the U.K the trail did bore me a little but I suppose they have to cater for beginners and small children. The horses are very well cared for but are a little robotic. It would be lovely if they offered a ride... More

We enjoyed riding at the tri circle D on a park free day. The ride was easy and well paced. The horses are beautiful and patient. The cast members are friendly and chatty. You can tell they love the horses. My husband got to ride "Maximus". It made his day! We enjoyed the resort and Hoop De Doo to make... More

Turned up-no booking. What a lovely ride.My Dad hadn't ridden for 40 years and had a lovely gentle horse. The trail escorts were very friendly and professional. There is time to become accustomed to your horse prior to start and we were out for 50 minutes.Quiet and would recommend.

Tri-Circle-D Ranch is a great place for horse lovers. There's plenty of horses in the stables that you can look at but there is no feeding or petting because those horses are very big because they're carriage pulling horses. They sometimes take a horse out for walking or washing and allow you to touch them. They also have horseback riding... More
