My family and I spent most of June and July in the Orlando area for our family vacation. We have visited Wonder Works before some years ago and had a great time so this trip we wanted to visit again. I know that during the COCID-19 pandemic business models change, etc and that is fine, but when you and your family spend less time than an hour in the establishment and most of that time was waiting on line, enforcing a refund policy that only applies to a family spending 25 minutes or less inside is simply ridiculous! How can a family determine if they are enjoying the place in 25 minutes when most of that time is spent waiting in lines for various attractions?..

Yes, we went a day before the 4th of July, but that is the reason why the 25 minute rule should not apply, especially when it is busier, on top of the social distancing etc.

I spoke to the manager David, and the GM Brian and they both told me that they are not able to provide me with a refund of my $. I even asked for a partial refund. I was offered tickets to come back but why would I want tickets to come back when I do not live in Florida and do not know when I am returning? As well as coming back to a business that does not honor refunds for minutes spent over 25 minutes..

I am highly disappointed in Wonder Works in this regard. Even Disney and Universal have refunded my families day ticket when it has rained or if we had a bad experience and there tickets are way more $!

My advice is to make sure that you are paying attention to how busy the place is beforw entering and paying because you will be spending most of your time waiting in line, especially during COVID-19.

I was so excited to plan my sons’ birthday parties, so nothing could have been more perfect than to receive and invitation to a birthday party to see what Wonderworks was all about.
When we arrived in the party room I was met by Carla who had one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever encountered in a place meant for families to enjoy. She informed me that if I didn’t pay the $19 adult fee that I had to “leave the building”. Her coworker Jasmine then came over to me asking for the same fee in which I informed them that I would not pay seeing as how I had no intention of enjoying the exhibits, but instead wanted only to monitor my children. I ended up leaving my children with one of the other parents and waiting for them downstairs where I met two other mothers from my son’s class who informed me that they were not even able to walk their children up to the party unless they were willing to pay the adult fee.
While Carla has stopped me from throwing any type of party there, or ever patronizing the place, there were some employees who were phenomenal. Thank you Jaycob for allowing to go up and retrieve my children, Craig for walking around with me so I could find them, and the two managers who used radios to locate them.
The experience was embarrassing and ridiculous. I have been to countless birthday parties where parents could sit and watch their children without having to pay to participate, especially when they didn’t want to. The place looked super cool, and I would love to have visited another day with the rest of my family, but there is no way I would ever spend a dollar in that place if they can’t use some of that money to recruit and vet better employees.

I saw all the reviews about the lines and AC issues so I called yesterday. They informed me that the AC was fixed now and attendance had slowed so we bought groupons for the main attractions and also for the dinner magic show. When we arrived they informed us the dinner show was full (I would have thought someone would have mentioned this possibility during when I had called twice with questions but no) Also the place is still crazy crowded with 30-60 minute waits and very warm everywhere, super warm on higher levels. It is an interesting place and kids found it fun, my 7yo more than my 12yo.

First, I went with my wife and two kids (7,5). The day was only 55 degrees with high winds. So we kind of figured the place might be a little busy, and we were right! To WonderWorks defense, they did have a sign stating that they expected it to be very busy that day. The exhibits were all really neat and my whole family had a great time with them. Some downsides were the fact that it took a half hour or more to get tickets. Another was that there was only one person working multiple exhibits, which caused long waits. To me, I feel that it was overpriced. Not by much, it cost $125 for all 4 of us. In my mind it should have been around $100 for what was included. The max flight coaster simulator was really fun, but could use an update on the screen. We didn’t get to do the ropes course, laser tag, or the 4D movie theater as it was so busy. We spent around 3-4 hours inside. I had a good time and would go again if it wasn’t as busy!

We had a 14 yo son & 19 yo daughter. We were happy to play and explore together the exhibits before going to the arcade area to do the rope obstacle. They had fun and getting tickets on Groupon was cheaper but you have to wait 24 hours before using them per the front desk.

A truly amazing EXPERIENCE. My 13 year old daughter absolutely loved it there. So much to do all included in my group on voucher. Customer service was great from all associates. all of the activities were amazingly FUN. We did laser tag, rope climbing maze, 4d theater, virtual reality ride, basketball hoop throw, and so much more.We stayed 2 1/2 hours and it was fun fun fun. They even have pictures they take of you and you can purchase if you like them. They also have a gift shop and a small cafe with a variety of snacks. We go the corn dogs yummy yummy. I was afraid my 13 year old wouldn’t like it but she sure Loved it.

I went with my 16 year old daughter and my 30something sisters. I think my sisters had more fun then my daughter. So many things to play with, a nail bed, and huge floor piano, the rides seemed fun. Its three floors and fun facts that stays with you after time. A bubble room for kids (watch you step it's slippery). I went during Christmas and it was so busy not sure if its like that all the time, so some exhibits you needed to get in line and experience them quickly so some one else can have a chance. But over all it's cute.

We visited with our kids aged 9 and 11 who thoroughly enjoyed this attraction. The rollercoaster simulator was by far the highlight. The ropes course, the 3D movie and laser tag were fun for our whole family. They kids may have learned something along the way as the exhibits are all based on science.
It took us about 4 hours to do the whole exhibit thoroughly, and some things several times like the roller coaster simulator.
I’m giving 4 stars as I did find the admission a bit pricey, and there was no wifi available for visitors. In addition the associated car park had a low overhead so we could not use it and had to take our chances at Walgreens as there really was no other option.

We spent two days exploring this science Center. It was fun. Buying the second day in advance made it more affordable for what it was. We found it was like Riley’s, but with children’s activities like laser tag and climbing area. Also, the 4D movies were entertaining. We’d recommend this for a good indoor day.

We had a great time with our 2 boys, 8 & 6. Took about 3 hours and my boys could’ve stayed longer. Brian gave us excellent customer service when there was some confusion about a discount. The pizza meal deal is well worth it. A few things to know: need sneakers for ropes course, third floor is mostly video games that cost extra, there was a long line to get in at noon, it says free parking outside the garage but it was $10, and if you’re taking multiple kids, it’s very easy for them to run the split pattern get away from you in there, so be aware. ;)
