About
Lake Eola Park is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando. The sidewalk that circles the lake is 0.9 miles in length, making it easy for visitors to keep track of their walking or running distances. Other activities available to park visitors include renting swan-shaped paddle boats, feeding the live swans and other birds inhabiting the park, seeing a concert or a play in the Walt Disney Amphitheater, grabbing a bite to eat at Relax Grill on Lake Eola or relaxing amid beautiful flower beds and a spectacular view of Orlando's skyline. Parking is free on Eola Drive on the east side of the park and there is metered parking on Central Boulevard and Rosalind Avenue. There is also street parking in Eola Heights and Thornton Park, a two to five block walk to the park. You can also park in any of the garages within a few blocks of the park. These include the Post Parkside parking garage at Osceola Avenue and East Central Boulevard; the Paramount/Publix parking garage at Lake Avenue and East Central Boulevard; and the Library parking garage at 112 East Central Boulevard. Please note: swans can get sick eating bread and popcorn. Visitors to the park can feed them lettuce, spinach, duck food pellets or buy food from the new swan feeders.

Lovely place to visit, which I do whilst on vacation in Orlando
Lovely clean park, Swan fountain in middle of lake, leisurely 0.9 mile walk round the Lake. Sunday Market stalls, places to sit, dine, have a drink. Clean toilets.

Such a beautiful park with so many swans, clean bathrooms and lots of big beautiful trees. This park is so beautiful and a must to walk around its lake to see lots of birds including beautiful swans. Parking was easy to find around the park. The bathrooms were clean and even had plenty of TP in them. :)

    Best lake inside Orlando's City
One of the most beautiful lakes in Orlando. Lovely place to walk around, visit the many restaurants and bars with views of the lake, and every once in a while experience their pop up market places. Best place to just relax inside our beautiful City.

    Beautiful!
Lake Eola Park is a prime example of how a city space can be both beautiful and clean. Its gardens are immaculate, and the lake is simply stunning. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature in the heart of the city. I loved the tranquility of this park!

    A must see
A gorgeous spot right in downtown financial center which combines nature and urban life. It is most likely visited by locals, but noticeably also appreciated by a few tourists as well. Very nice smooth jazz selection creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy this beautiful park. Definitely a must see in Orlando.

Our walk around Lake Eola was wonderful. We saw lots of swans, turtles and ducks. You can also rent a swan paddle boat to cross the lake. There are plenty of interesting restaurants all around the lake and we ate at Metro Espresso Pizza which had a lot of meal choices . We loved it! The fountain in the middle of Lake Eola was beautiful. It was a nice day and a nice way to enjoy it.

Gorgeous, unique park to spend some time outside. Unfortunately the homeless population, at least for our visit yesterday, is out of control. We did one circle of the lake and really would have liked to spend more time there but as two women walking we did not feel safe to do so as we were aggressively yelled at by one man just after the swan boat rental, followed by a group in the swan feeding area and begged several times on our 0.9 mile walk. It really ruined the entire experience that would have otherwise been beautiful. I can’t say I’d recommend. I’m no stranger to bigger cities and beggars but they were quite intimidating. I’d probably only return for an event where maybe they have some security to control the issue.

Lovely city park area. The lake is pretty big and is surrounded by the city. Nice to walk round the lake and also hire a swan boat to take in the views from the lake.

The 1 mile paved trail around the lake is a nice way to spend some time alone or with others. A few restaurants offer food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pet friendly and the ducks, geese and other winged critters are fun to watch. Highly recommended but finding a street parking spot can be hard on weekends.

Downtown 28 acre lake in Orlando. Views of the city skyline, a sidewalk encircling the lake about a mile long where you can walk. Also geen spaces and room for group exercise. You can rent paddleboats, birds, ducks, wildlife; mainly locals sightseeing.

What a gem! This park, located in the downtown district, is as lovely and as vibrant as they come. I visited on New Year's Day and it was filled with people walking/running to start their New Year's resolutions, children playing, birds, holiday statuaries, and folks just enjoying the wonderful weather.

Every large city should have a central park that is as beautiful and well-tended as this one.

They refused us service twice on two separate days we attended to ride the swan boats. They kept saying it was due to inclement weather or because there was a waitlist, but on the website it says first come first serve. We called multiple times and they never mentioned a waitlist. Overall, very unorganized and I am never one to complain. Majority of the boats are broken, I don’t know why they just don’t get newer boats to prevent all this issues from occurring.

My husband and I took an walk around Lake Eola park while listening to a audio guided tour. It was lovely. The lake was beautiful. There’s two restrooms around the park. The sculpture and history is rich. The swans were beautiful. I would recommend this park.
