Escape to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes, a luxurious spa...

Escape to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes, a luxurious spa where the soul is nourished, the spirit is revived, the body is transformed and the path to a more satisfying sense of well-being awaits. Few luxury spas in Orlando can claim treatments as homegrown as those our spa creates from the herbs grown in the resort's organic garden, from the honey produced by our resident bees, or the citrus fruit plucked from local orchards. Revel in nature's beauty while enjoying our signature service - a "zero gravity" massage performed as you sway gently in a rocking hammock, delivering you into true tranquility.

We stayed on our anniversary weekend because we wanted to stay somewhere really nice and where we have never stayed before. Its out in the middle of nowhere right next door to the JW Marriott. The good thing about that is you can use both facilities so your getting 2 hotels in 1. Self parking is a bit far but... More

In town for a conference and stayed 2 nights at this hotel. I stay at Ritz properties all over the country and this one is on par with others. The Ritz model has been copied a lot over the years so the uniqueness of their rooms/service isn't as eye popping as it once was. That said, the attentiveness of the... More

My husband and I arrived to this property the day prior to our business conference to attend the spa. I had a facial and a shampoo blow out. My husband had a massage and pedicure. We enjoyed the pool and a light lunch prior to our services. The pool was quiet and clean, our lunch was tasty and healthy. We... More

This is my second visit to this spa. It is time for an upgrade, it's looking very tired. They are redoing thing all over the hotel so this may be on the agenda already. I love having a spa pool and food to eat in between treatments. My one major complaint is the "relaxation" rooms. There's nothing relaxing about them.... More

I had 2 services at the spa during my visit. Both were professional and well done. The providers took pride in their work and had a strong desire to provide excellent service. The remainder of the visit was using some of the other amenities - the pool was relaxing and the poolside service was very responsive. One of the favorite... More

Check in and out was extremely quick and efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow at times. The meeting held an event at the farm. It was a great setting with delicious food. Very well done

Everything at the Ritz Orlando is A+ in my book. I have been several times and never have been let down. If you are staying on property, enjoy, its gorgeous. If you're not staying there, you can still use the spa facilities by booking a treatment at the spa. Massages are great, they use espy oils -which are very relaxing.... More

My girlfriend and I went for a spa and pool day at the Ritz. If you pay for any services in the spa, they will validate your valet parking, so it's easy to drop your car off right out front. When you arrive in the spa you check in downstairs and all the locker rooms and services are upstairs. We... More

This is definitely the prime option in the Orlando area especially if you're looking to make your visit into a full-day of pampering and relaxation. The staff is attentive and exceptionally helpful and the facilities are lovely. All of the treatments were also wonderful -- some of best massages and manicure/pedicure treatments anyone in our group had ever experienced. As... More
