Excellent experience!!! I will definitely use this company again when we return to Disney. The communication was great and promptness spot on. The drivers were friendly and professional. Thank you for beginning and ending our Magical Disney experience so perfectly!

Good Experiences

We have used this service twice from MCO to Walt Disney World (once in October/November and once in December/January. Both experiences were great. Drivers were on time and professional. From airport to baggage claim to WDW was less than one hour. Return trips from WDW to MCO were also good.

Stress free travel to/from the airport

Mears has great customer service with great communication. I received my boarding pass 24 hours ahead of the trip, then a text message when the shuttle is on its way. Just look for the shuttle signs at your resort. I was picked up just before 4 AM, and Charles was bright and chipper making us all laugh. I was at the airport well in advance of my flight.

Last year I used another service! It was horrible! This year, I decided to go with Mears! They sent R. Roman for my family and what a great driver he was! Clean SUV and gave us tons of information on local (not chain) restaurants in the area! Perfect trip! Thank you!
