Basically there is no system to help you move from ride to ride, or place to place. We just returned from our fourth Disney visit and had to rent a double stroller each day for a 4 and 6 yr old (the 6 year old was having the most trouble with sore feet).
Also it is very important to wear extremely comfortable walking shoes, to carry a bag with raincoats (if needed), and anything you may need that day - keep it light. Plan your fastpasses (for rides) so that you are staying in one area, not running from one side of the park to another.
Finally, ensure that you walk a lot over the weeks preceding your visit so you are in good shape for the workout.
