Much bigger than Downtown Disney in CA
Disney Springs is HUGE! There are about 100 stores, and over 50 food locations. Quite a few of the stores are Disney ones (World of Disney, Art of Disney, Disney Style, Star Wars Trading Post etc) so if you need to buy more souvenirs and gifts, this is the perfect place to shop. Our hotel was within walking distance so we were able to visit a few times. Our favorite stores were Gideon's Bakehouse and Blaze Pizza. We found out that we couldn't get Disney transportation to the theme parks from Disney Springs. We had to take a bus to a resort and then take transportation from there to the parks.

    Mall atmosphere, but fun.
Miss the old time feel of Downtown Disney. Disney Springs still has an older section that I love, and has tons of newer shops including souvenirs and mall trip shops. Fun spot to get Disney ready or to wrap up a trip.

    Anything and everything you want
Based on the recommendation of the hotel we were told Disney springs has a lot of food options and we could take a bus to the Swan hotel from there to get to Fantasia Mini Golf. We were told that there was a restaurant called Chicken Guy there and we had seen the balloon from the highway and wanted to do that. We took a bus from our hotel the All-Stars Sports Resort. We arrived at Disney Springs and found Chicken Guy! I will also be reviewing Chicken Guy on its own, but we had some food and then walked through there are tons of food and shopping options. We ate before exploring too much but after we found some food trucks along the way I wish we had tried them. There is also a balloon that goes up to 4240 feet giving you a bird’s eye view. This place has a Huge AMC theater, a Circ du sole theater with showtimes daily. We saw tickets for $155 per person and a Planet Hollywood. (TIP) Disney springs however does not have a bus to the Swan hotel the closest bus would be the boardwalk bus and from there you can walk either a pretty long way or you can walk to the lighthouse in the back of the boardwalk hotel and take the water taxi to the swan. I wish this had been shared with us as we walked in the hot sun. (TIP) The water Taxi also goes from the Swan to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the Disney Sky liner does the same. I would recommend a visit to Disney Springs! If this review helped you at all please follow me for more around the world and mark as helpful.

Avoid Haagen Dazs - otherwise good
We enjoyed Disney Springs. There is a bustling atmosphere with expensive shops to have a look at. The restaurants we visited were all pretty good and the 'Disney' experience is evident. Except Haagen Dazs - the staff there were appalling, definitely hadn't been to the Disney Charm school! There is a gelateria round the corner which might provide an alternative source of ice cream.

    Fabulous Dinner
After a long day of travelling to Florida we spent the afternoon at the pool then took the steam boat to Disney Springs from the Port Orlenas Riverside. Had a wonderful dinner at the Paradia 37 (spelling is wrong sorry). Best salad ever and excellent service.

Same shops as inside parks, but without park prices.
This place is primarily a shopping and restaurant destination with limited entertainment options. They do have an indoor theater that hosts shows or acts, but the tickets are quite expensive, ranging from $70 to $100. However, I highly recommend checking out the free entertainment at the stage near the pond and lake area. There are four different showtimes throughout the day, and it is something you must see.

    Shop, eat, repeat
Our family of two adults, an 8 year old and a 6 year old visited Disney World for two weeks holiday in October. We enjoyed an afternoon at Disney Springs walking around the shops and having dinner at the T Rex restaurant. The shopping complex is clean and vibrant with a wide variety of shops and places to eat. Our shopping included the massive Disney store for soft toys, the Christmas shop for Disney decorations and the Goofy candy store for some sweets. Enjoy!

    Experiencing Disney Spring
This a shopping and eating area inside the Disney complex in Orlando. If you stay in the Disney hotel, you can take their free shuttle to this are. They also have theatre and Cirque de Soleil attraction. There are a hot spring balloon ride and carrousel inside the area. Nice place to visit when you in Orlando.

You must visit the Disney Spring
It's a fantastic place to visit if you happen to be in Orlando. We visited both at night and during the day. This place is live no matter when you go. Lots of restaurants and bars, live music, and shops make it a great place to be in.

The coolest spot to shop, eat and drink!
So many incredible restaurants and shops! You can easily kill half a day to a day here. The restaurants are hard to pick friends m but you can’t go wrong with the majority of them…just please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time at Rainforest Cafe or even Planet Hollywood…there’s so many more restaurants that are way better. Boathouse was an incredible meal by the water, was a very romantic spot for my fiance and I to celebrate our engagement. Chicken Guy is the best chicken strips I’ve ever had and is perfect for a quick meal. The Coca Cola building was cool, and was especially fun trying out the flight of drinks from around the world (even though some of them weren’t very good). Next time I go I’m dying to try Raglan Road!

We love this place! There is so much to do even during these trying times!

I recommend going during the weekday to avoid the crowds, because it gets really crowded during the weekend.

There's something for all budgets. If you want to spend under $20, you got. Maybe feeling frisky and want to spend over $100, no worries, they got you too!

From bars, to rides in Amphicars, to air balloon rides, there's more and more to do.

I recommend the coca cola store and the Dinosaur restaurant.

Price range $-$$$

Family friendly with kid rides and ample stores to suit your sugar needs. Skip the other shopping centers and just come here. You can spend hours here and the hallmark of the place is the Disney stores!

Don't miss out if you're in town.

If Disney was running America this is how they would control the virus and make everyone feel safe, and come out with absolute confidence. The organization as you get into Disney Springs is outstanding. They take your temperature as you come from the car park, provide hand sanitizer and ask you to wear your mask. Instead of feeling like it ruins the fun, you realize the reality and actually it provides the safe environment that is needed at this time. Hats off to Disney!

Disney springs car park is free, it links via a bridge into a wonderful maze of shops and restaurants, partly with bridges across lakes. Designed to perfection. Highly recommend the experience!

Went with family (teens included) and visited STK restaurant (disco style-DJ music) for dinner with reservation(birthday celebration), it was on a Saturday, so had to wait like 45 minutes before we were asked to go to our table. Friendly staff, food is good quality, a little pricey, with a nice atmosphere. Someone takes your temperature at the entrance of Disney Springs and it is required to wear masks all the time, but while drinking or eating. This place was packed and nice at night. There are many stores open, some restaurants are closed. I suggest to make a dinner reservation ahead if you want to dine in. I recommend to go even during COVID-19. Disney Springs is closing earlier (10:00pm) than before (2:00AM).

Very disappointed in Disney Springs. It is now nothing more than an outdoor shopping center with high end stores (Levi's, Harley Davidson, etc). Why go to Disney to shop for a pair of Levi's? Plus all the brand name restaurants such as Chicken Guy and Emeril's and other places. Why? If this is Disney. I understand that people don't want to go to Disney, or can't, but this is a mall owned by Disney. There is nothing for the common person on vacation and the Lego store was packed (why buy a Lego set for $50 when it's at Walmart for a lot less?) Trying to find a snack that is non-alcoholic or kid friendly is hard unless you go to an actual restaurant. The only real stores left are the Christmas store, Goofy's candy shop, and the Disney store, which is packed.

We went on our last day at Disney hoping to find some things we couldn't in the park but couldn't get passed the crowds and even then couldn't find anything.

If you are just looking for a place to eat that is not at a resort or in the parks, Disney Springs is the place, otherwise I would recommend staying away.

Last week, we had an appointment for the VOID then a dinner appointment in Disney Springs. We showed up to the VOID 15 minutes early and saw about 15 people in line. The line was not moving much so my wife went up to the worker and explained that we had an appointment. He kind of rudely told her to stand in line and they would get to us. I waited a couple more minutes and saw that the line was still not moving much. Not wanting to miss our dinner appointment, and knowing that we had made an appointment weeks ago, I walked up and spoke to the employee and again explained the situation. He stated that the appointment was more of a payment thing and they couldn't be held to the time. He said he couldn't do anything so I asked who could and he said he would get the manager, who he contacted by radio. I waited and explained to the manager that we had an appointment with them and would like that to be honored. He stated that he would take care of me. I proceeded to try and bring my family in to the building. I turned around and the manager then handed me a receipt and said "here's your refund." I was pretty surprised since we never spoke of that and I understood that they would provide the service that I had already paid for. When I protested and said that wasn't right and that I just wanted them to honor the contract we had, he stated that they are the most popular attraction at Disney Springs and are very busy and that's all he could do to correct the situation. He was very rude and there's no way I won't be telling everyone I know about the poor customer service and horrible manager at this place.

Unique & varied shops, unique dinning & free entertainment (free parking too) all wrapped up in a sparkly Disney atmosphere is just a quick description of Disney Springs, oh, & it's huge, Disney clean & well staffed.
One can gripe about the crowds, the prices in the shops (tho they are NOT that exorbitant) & $70 (minimum) dinner for 2 but you can eat at the many cheaper casual walk up eateries & it's fun to browse the stores, especially the gigantic Disney store! I'd suggest going online and checking out all the different stores & eateries. Half the fun of going there is deciding what stores you must visit & what themed restaurant you want to eat in. (the kids will love the raucous T-Rex restaurant!)
On a warm night, when everything is lit up & twinkling the free entertainment starts & it's a great place to just stroll around. Highly recommended for its diversity in food choices, shopping & entertainment & you don't have to spend a fortune & still have a good time.

This is a great place to visit during or after the COVID. They take your temperature upon entry and you are required to wear a mask the whole time. I know this isn't ideal, however, with alot of people around, I was impressed. Most of shops are upscale so don't think your going to get too many bargains but I still browsed a few. We did not eat hear so I can't say what the food would have been like this visit but we eat in the brick oven last visit and it was good. There weren't too many music vendors out but it was a weeknight. Just strolling along was nice.

Temperature checks and mask enforcements to walk outside - you’ve got to be kidding me. But it’s ok to gather together in stores to shop! A vending machine to sell you masks. No one assumes or cares if you can’t wear one do to a medical reason they just aggressively make you do so. We spent about thirty minutes in here against our better judgement. We’re not mask people but we wore them to get to the T Rex cafe (which had a 2 hour wait). We were told and almost escorted out of the park because I had my mask off to speak to my TWO year old so he could see his moms face. It was pathetic the amount of force they use. Not worth spending money at this place, we will be canceling future Disney trips as well. There is no understanding or patience for anything but compliance here.

Once in a while we take a 75 mile drive to Disney springs. Chance to get out, window shop and have a different meal than what is available closer to home. Yes the parking is free but when you factor in gas and tolls plus premium dining experiences plus $12 ice cream sundaes at ghiradelli is it really worth? Maybe once the places under construction and the new cirque show opens I may visit more frequently until then I will think twice about the drive.

There is something for most people, but it is a lot of walking. I recommend that you come prepared for that if you have a hard time standing/walking or if you have a smaller child who is just big enough to not go into a stroller.
Use sunscreen regardless of the time of year. It is easy to get a sunburn while out walking around. Bring a water bottle and small snacks for the littles.
Getting there is way but traffic is a nightmare. Parking is garage so it’s not to hard to find. Restaurants can book months in advance like T-Rex, it can be pretty hard to get in. Prepare to wait for restaurants. Lines in retail stores can be long but generally move quickly.
Please be kind. People travel to this area from all around the globe and everyone is just out and about to enjoy their day. I recommend that you wear breathable clothes and shoes make to walk in, it is not a fashion runway.
